I have a completely different view on child protection and sexual abuse having worked with victims of such heinous crimes for many years.

Fwiw. Fuck going on holiday to a place full of drunken taigs looking for a go. But I appreciate that some people that’s what they can afford so not judging anyone. It’s not like there on top SPFL wages or something and could afford to go somewhere a bit more exclusive.

I've found the hoops nearly every fucking where I go.  Even in fucking Dubai. Turn a corner and there it is, some fat greaseball in the green and grey. Turkey is full of them. Done Benidorm once and it was like a plague of fucking locusts. I haven't seen any in my favourite haunts in central Asia though.

I tend not to think of them when going holiday, until you happen to unwittingly walk past some fucking oirish bar belting out the rebel tunes and the heart sinks!

@Inigo did have a point about our players avoiding rebel hot spots as they do become targets. Sad indictment on society I know, but I don't think the younger generation actually give a fuck or a give a second thought about it. It's maybe just a case of bring it on. No cunt will stop me to where I'm going which isn't smart, but there is no telling them. I know this from my son! It is a worry.

Anyway another mad thread from what could have been a serious incident and apologies for any offence. I now think I get @Inigo train of thought after just reading his post on another thread. . Actually rather smart in a good way, but rather obtuse for my simple black and white way of looking at things.

I do my own thing. Some may agree or disagree. Their choice. I'm simply someone with a direct approach. No frills. I am an extremist when poked. That's me. Too old and not for changing and it's stoood me in good stead. Sure I get it wrong like everyone else. I know more than most about getting it tight in here. Goes with the territory.

I'm at the blunt end of the spectrum whereas you are at the more discerning. I see the world through my eyes as you see it hrough yours. Our journey through life will influence that view. Doesn''t make either of us a bad person, just different.
