We should just nip in and sign him and never play him, just for laugh.

Worked out well enough for Scott Allan.

Personally I'd give my left baw to see a 15 goal a season  midfielder at Ibrox

Incredible figures  the DR are saying, without actually saying what they are.

5 figures. There is no way they offered him over £10K/week. Because id be raging if we did. They'll probably still sign him, but still, you enjoy the show

The fucking arrogance of that statement.  Has any other club ever publicly issued that kind of “threat” to a signing target they’re in negotiations with?

Almost makes you think they want you talking about anything other than elephant in the room.

Only a matter of time before he sacks his agent to force through a 'dream move' saying he couldn't turn down the opportunity to work with 'Lenny'.

Can't wait to see the U-TURNbull headline tbh.

Apparently he is after £20k a week. I also doubt they offered him 5 figures in this so called magnificent offer lol.

I'm not sure they will sign him now tbh. He might have second thoughts after that statement

That's pretty accurate. Wait and see all their pals gang up in the press against the lad now. He will be a greedy little so and so who doesn't know whats good for him. Doesn't he know what an honour it is to sign for celtic?, he should be happy with whatever he gets and so on and so forth. Kevin kyle is at it already, Sutton etc will be soon . predictable as fuck.

He doesn't have an agent. He is represented by the players union who do what they are told by the player and they are just there to make sure the player is signing the contract that they have agreed on

Stephen McGowan saying it might still happen. Similar situation to us and Hastie apparently.

Paying 3m for him which is probably a fair price .

There are bound to be plenty other teams willing to pay that and will give a salary matching the level of a 3m pound player .10k minimum .

From what I heard Hastie knocked back our offer because his agent was convinced he could get better elsewhere but never materialised

The £10k figure probably included bonuses, really doubt it'd be base salary. £20k, no fucking chance.

Either way, sit back and enjoy the bitter timplosion.
