Shagger - 6 not much to do

Tav - 8 better as game went on driving forward

Katic + goldson - 7 not really troubled, comfortable and strong when hibs has their 5/10 minutes

Flanagan - 5 poorest on show today.

Davis-7 kept it simple n rarely lost the ball

Aribo - 7 some lovely touches, kept us on the front foot.

Jack -9. Motm for me. Winning balls, passing was positive and driving forward.

Jones - 8 terrorised them first half, fell out it in second

Ojo - 7 has done touches of class, could be involved more. Got his goal

Defoe - 9 great hat trick, could of had another couple.

Alfredo - 8 immediate impact and 2 really good goals.

Stewart - 6 felt he was maybe trying too hard

Haliday - 6 wasn't involved too much

Davis touch, run and dink for Defoes hat trick was fantastic but the run and pass from Jones, the movement and cut back from Ojo and the finish for Defoes second was sensational football. As a team goal it'll be hard to beat this season.

Brilliant day, enjoy your night bears.

Davis second goal is goal of the year so far especially as a team.

Just back from the game and fuckin soaking and delighted. I posted before the game that I wasn't happy with the starting 11...I was fuckin wrong.  The game should have been over  before they fuckers scored.  Obviously the sending off helped us but well done Defoe and Alf and the rest of the team. Fuckin brilliant to rattle in 6 against that mob. Well done Gers.

Ok, I am now officially mildly optimistic about our chances of some sort of success this season. We would not have won the game at Killie this time last year, and we would not have been utterly ruthless as we were today. How many times in the past have you watched on frustrated as we pissed around against teams we had a chance to hand out a damned good thrashing?

No negatives from today, no negatives from the past week, keep it up Gers.

Superb game. High up in the club deck but that didn't matter cause the atmosphere was great. Can't wait to watch the highlights now.

Soaked through walking to the subway and now back at my daughter's flat wearing a pair of green joggy bottoms while my jeans dry.

Roll on Thursday night.

Fantastic performance after a heavy shift on Thursday night, and judging by today's goal scorers it's Anyone and Everyone especially if they have some African heritage.. 🙄

Mate we all have African heritage

Why on earth does she even own such a thing :britney:

Just in and apart from the last 5 in the first half and around 10 minutes in the second we were absolutely brilliant! Absolutely delighted and although no grumbles that Defoe got MOTM my unofficial man of the match was Ryan Jack!
