There is no conspiracy against us. There's a massive media push right now to stamp out offensive behaviour at football games due to recent racism headlines giving bad press.  Rangers have songs with a negative connotation (Most polite way to put it) towards a group of people (Catholics) that uefa have warned us many times to stop or receive punishment. The club told us to stop. The manager told us  to stop. Some fans didnt and we were punished. 

There is no conspiracy we werent punished because of Liewell "Networking" We were punished because we were warned numerous times and didnt stop.

The Club has to be more honest with the fans and tell us exactly what cannot be sung, yes we can guess but that is no longer good enough.

I say this as someone who only occasionally  gets carried away and sings a bad word or two. if they had spent as much time on bad songs as they have with the everyone, anyone carry on we might not be in this situation.

The Club should have had meetings with RSC members and and other influential people in our support, certainly the UB, even a couple of representatives from the main Rangers forums like RM. It could all have been taken back and sorted before we got to this stage, but no they spent a year on something that is no more but a tick box exercise that no fans will listen to more than once. How many fans are against anyone coming to watch games because they have a different skin colour, or are poofs, most could not give a fuck, as long as they are Rangers fans.

I sometimes think our board really only want our money and then want to forget about us until the next season.

No its really nothing like that. John Reid actually had some stroke within government. Lawwell is a nobody within UEFA. It would be more like blaming HMRC coming after us on Jeremy Corbyn because had a really tenuous link to the people actually in power at the time.

Couldn’t agree more.  The idea that Lawwell is moving around the corridors of a UEFA building “networking” and has somehow hatched this punishment is nuts.  celtic are the most fined club in UEFA history they don’t want to be held accountable for singing and banners anymore than we do.
