The comment is correct and that is all that matters.

UEFA will in all likelihood ignore our gesture if no tickets for next away game and instead close Ibrox. That is what their escalation policy suggests. They have shown no tolerance in past.

That means any transgression gets us kicked out or banned next year.

We were banned in 1973 and some of us remember that.

If we get banned or kicked out again our brand will be toxic. SG will leave. Players will not come. We will effectively have killed ourselves.

I have supported Rangers for more than 50 years and this is a watershed moment like no other. We stood together when we were demoted.

We must not kill ourselves where others have failed

Our finest hours lie ahead but we must modify the songbook to not include any songs that can be construed as sectarian.

Our finest hours..... or self destruction.

What do we want. What do they want.

Its in our own hands.

All day long, esp the hari-kari

Tell me, how is singing about 'being up to our knees in fenian blood' or hating 'fenian bastards' 'celebrating our Ulster Scots connections'?

Football fans have always sang songs attacking their rivals, Man U sing and if you are a City Fan Surrender or you’ll die, no one takes that literally, in Scotland we are actually accused of “wading in Fenian blood”

sash grass, green pepperonis, orange strips the hokey fuckin Cokey you think if we change our songbook the relentless attacks will stop? They want us dead.

It's a pity no-one who was at the first leg in Warsaw knew about the charge, or the escalation policy, due to the board sitting on it until the following day.

They want WATP and Rule Britannia banned FFS.

Where does it all end? When we are no more that’s where.

And there are those from within helping them do just that.

The problem is that wormtongue can feed any old shite to King but the glib one will soon be up a creek when he has no fan base...………… you cannot have a serious football club, far less a world elite football club, that does not have a fan base who involve themselves in behaviour which helps self-identify and highlight differences from the opposition. This tribal nature is the very essence upon which major clubs are built.

Sssshhhh. Don't think you can say any of  that anymore. Not pc and doesn't fit with the agenda of the apologists.

We are the guilty. We are the racists. It is a level playing field. It's all the fans fault.

The issue we have is we have people more concerned about calling people fenian cunts or fuck the pope than supporting the team.

We as fans have been more than aware of what songs are deemed offensive so I don't understand people claiming its the boards fault.

This is it for a lot of fans. What are you more interested in. Supporting your football team? Or your supposed right to sing offensive songs?

Im more than concerned that some elements of our support will continue regardless.

Yet another fuck up by the board

We have Mark Allan and Steven Gerrard.  Inspired appointments by the board.  If we win the league this year and stop the 9 who gives a fuck about anything else?

Totally agree with this mate. I love the bigotry etc as much as anyone but Rangers must come first. Got a real chance this season to win something need to grab it with both hands and not fuck it in any way!!!

So why did the board sit on the first charge and allow the us to get a 2nd charge.

So what songs are sectarian???

Why no charges last season for the same said songs??

Well we aren’t going to win the Europa League.

What are bad words going to stop us winning something this season??

You know fine well which songs are deemed sectarian.

Perhaps these weren't highlighted last season however they certainly are now cracking down.

Regardless its time these songs were left in the past where they belong.
