Barisic put himself into contention with that moment of brilliance, but still has it all to do. He definitely seemed to pick it up after that as you say. In my mind he should be given the chance to step up and follow through on that. For me Goldson shouldn't be judged so harshly for that mistake, as awful as it was. As I said, Gerrard said his overall performance was good he didn’t praise him just because he scored a free-kick. I don't think he was outstanding or anything but I think he was absolutely comfortable, positive going forward and committed in his tackling.
