Usually if the manager is successful or if there is concrete interest he’s leaving. He’s done brilliant so far, especially in Europe but we’ve no won anything yet and ultimately here that’s what you’re judged on. Seriously, this is good news as it should allow us the continuity too in the background to build up our managent teams across the whole club with Steve as the pivot and main spokesman for the club. Happy days ahead, especially if we can get that much needed investment as well now. The future ? Who knows ? Forget Scotland, the global TV world of football and sponsorship revenue could use a strong Rangers team with Steve Gerrard in charge. It's the way ahead. Onward and upward.
