Agreed, yet again in January we look like we’ve lost all our energy. It’s supposed to be a break, considering we’ve played 30 plus games in the first half of the season if the players are getting run into the ground in the Dubai heat then questions must be asked of the manager and his coaching team. To go from the position we were in before the break to where we are now with our form is unacceptable.

I don’t know what running players into the ground in the sweltering heat in the middle of the season is supposed to achieve because two years on the trot it’s achieved fuck all.

The taigs also went to Dubai mind. Would be interesting to see how their training compared to ours, they clearly got theirs right and we fucked ours

Learned the lessons from last year they told us it won’t happen again.
Ok then Stevie.

It's a disgrace mate no cutting the players any slack but we look way off the pace and am blaming the Dubai trip

They've came back and are knocking fuck out of everything put in their way, while we seem determined to throw it all away, frustrating as fuck.

Its fuck all to do with a training camp ffs, we have had momentum the last 2yrs, players want to keep playing when confidence is high....going 3 weeks without competitive football is killing the feel good factor aswell as momentum

Let's face it, the winter break comes at a bad time. After pumping the scum twice in two years right before the break, we have the momentum and then have to shut it down giving them a chance to regroup. Until I see proof that Dubai is detrimental then it is just a bad coincidence. To just say that is the reason without proof is just heresy.

It’s the same thing that costs all of Bielsa’s teams any success

They start the season amazing because they are super fit but by the time it comes down to the business end they are all fucked

Given our hectic schedule and small core of our squad that break should be used as a ticking over/rest period to gear up and push for the rest of the season

Mate we've started the season well so no football for 3weeks isn't the reason for this slump.

We are coming back sluggish and off the pace because the legs have been run off them.

We'll look good again in a few weeks I don't doubt

If that were true we wouldn't be getting beat off hearts and dropping points 2 games after it.

I don't think that's got anything to do with how we are coached it wasn't a issue before the break its not now.
