It's a pity as Davis showed how class he can be last year. Unfortunately it does seem like the years are taking their toll now. Needs replaced.

Kamara is bang out of form, so jack if he's fit. We could try using Edmundson in that enforcer role in front of goldson and katic if we  really stuck.

Think the time has come that there is no longer any point in singling out players. They are what they are, both individually and collectively on that part.

The truth is we are not good enough for where we want to be. They have all played their part in both victory and defeat and unless you are Stevie Wonder the deficiencies in quality back to front are rather obvious, including many of the favoured sons by many on here. They can take us no further. Not their fault not having the desired ability or mentality to do so.

Time for learning and honest reflection if we are to make that step up to go forward. No room for sentiment. Thanks and move on for many and bring in the quality that we need. 

We cannot persist with same and expect a different result.

Come Sunday he will be handed a starting place along with a few more who do not deserve the  shirt.  There in lies the problem at our club. In the management eyes we have approx 14 first team players and the rest are squad players at best. Not one of the  fringe players have ever come in and staked a real claim to be considered for a regular place in the first eleven.

Davis was overused the first half and the season and still is. He should have been playing Saturday/Saturday or if he wanted to use him in Europe then only then with the odd league game.

We had umpteen central midfielders until January and he only used 5 for 4 positions. The squads been mismanaged and so has Davis and Arfield. There's no need for a guy at Davis' age to be playing 90 minutes against the likes of Hamilton, Ross County, Livingston etc. as well as playing 90 minutes in Europe every second week.

He's not been great and he's one of many just now tbh.

No idea how many times he gave away the ball tonight, and while he should be doing better, playing him in a flat midfield like that negates the only ability he has left.
