So do you think they want to spend the next few months working out winners, promotions, relegations etc etc in all of the various leagues they are responsible for from the Premier League down to the North Glasgow U12s League? Giving themselves a mammoth workload and headache in the process. Or would they choose to scrap the whole fucking lot of it, declare a Null and void, go an extended holiday, and tell everyone to meet up again in August to begin a new season?
