We all know they didn’t win the 9, regardless of what the record books say. (Which hopefully has a big fat * )
As for your second point, not buying season tickets helps no-one other than the filth.

So you are ok, going to work and taigs in your face telling you otherwise and you tell them it's got a big fat *? And legally it is 9?

Fuck that!

Stranraer left 'incensed' by SPFL as they paint bleak picture in hard-hitting statement
The Stair Park club aren't impressed with how the SPFL have handled the recent situation and vowed to continue fighting the proposal. Stranraer insist they will back Partick Thistle’s legal submission as they slammed the SPFL for their handling of recent events. After the proposal put forward from the SPFL was voted through - Stranraer face relegation to League Two unless league reconstruction is voted through by the 42 member clubs. And they are heavily critical of the governing body for how their perceived handling of the vote and admir they were ‘incensed’ by the release of voting results prior to Dundee had had their say.

The League One club also blasted the SPFL’s statement as ‘prejudicial and leading’ as they railed against the decision makers within Hampden. They also claim that the money they will receive from the SPFL in the coming days won’t even pay a week’s wages at the club and will only be a nominal fee. The Blues have also promised fans they will continue to fight the proposal through any means possible as they try to battle relegation. The full statement said: "At this unprecedented time we felt unanimously as a committee that no football club, Stranraer FC or any other should be at a detriment due to this horrendous situation. It is grossly unfair that any club should be relegated from their respective League whilst a quarter of the season still remains. "We strongly felt that at this time more than any other that Scottish Football should demonstrate the absolute philosophy of real "sporting integrity" in order to ensure a collective responsibility to all member clubs.

Notwithstanding this or any other similar discussion, our position will remain consistent throughout in that we will challenge any proposal that leaves our club at any detriment in relation to our current league status. "Stranraer FC fully support the legal submission shared by Partick Thistle with all member clubs and the SPFL on Tuesday 14th April in that the current SPFL proposal is legally flawed, and the SPFL’s failure to adhere to a proper process to date is most definitely subject to legal challenge.

Our chairman, Iain Dougan has consistently stated that Stranraer would be in favour of no team being relegated in Scotland, and league reconstruction as a fair and positive way forward to include all member clubs, inclusive of our Highland & Lowland League colleagues as part of any potential agreed resolution. "Finally, we remain committed to working alongside all member club colleagues, via meaningful and purposeful consultation, to best agree the most suitable way forward for Scottish Football - without any remedy being introduced whereupon it’s only the few that are to be penalised." https://www.BOYCOTT THIS LINK/sport/football/football-news/stranraer-left-incensed-spfl-paint-21873730

The ones where they talk about some guy threatening them? If so, yeah. There was some debate whether they were genuine or not.

They were genuine mate. They were altered to avoid getting certain people in trouble. 👍🏻

Personal view on how this plays out now.

Thistle will make some noises about legal action and be brought into the reconstruction task force

14-10-10-10 structure is proposed with tweaks to the financial structures to keep everybody happy.

Enough votes are secured with Rangers the only club to vote against.

Hearts, Thistle & Stranraer happy with no relegation. ICT happy as they end up in the Premiership.

All of this is forgotten and Rangers are left on their own howling at the moon. Again.

If reconstruction goes ahead, partick wont be relegated, the spfl needs two teams, united and ayr, championship needs two teams then, so no relegation and two from league one, and so forth until league two gets two teams from the pyramid structure

Essentially the spfl have put all their eggs in the basket that the spfl teams vote for a 14 team league

Bang on.

But, the majority of SPFL clubs will only vote for this if it benefits them. I’m not convinced it does but I’m sure Uncle Peter and his crew will convince them.

Ultimately,  the aim of giving them the title was always the end game, and railroading clubs into accepting a loaded resolution was the first step.

It might cost one or two of his SPFL stooges their jobs after the event, but that’s acceptable collateral damage.

Hard to believe, but more than plausible.

Would be pissing against the wind in this thread just now. Let's see what the board have planned.

You’ve been posting pish for days mate just taking stuff you’ve read other places on the internet and posting it here 😆

The tweet that said that most clubs were ready to agree to null and void and the tarriers, Dundee United and Raith were raging, you said aye theres some truth in it only for the same guy to back track a few minutes later, that’s when my suspicions where confirmed.

Watch out for a 16 team premiership league next season to accommodate Dundee - they had to get something out of this debacle and Hearts staying up.

So, Rangers will be the only team totally let down in the premiership league.

Imagine the amount of tin pot, meaningless shitty games there would be in a 16 team league lol

Last night when we were expecting a Yes from Dundee you were telling us to get the popcorn out and strap ourselves in, Is that still the case or has something changed ? Just a question mate, In no way having a pop.

Was still the case then as it is now. Just have to wait and see what the board have planned, and they are planned.

Um, WTF.
The filth can do what they want - they were always going to be awarded this by the SPF, that is clear. They tell us we don’t exist ona daily basis. Do you believe them or not?

If you think it isn’t tainted you need to have a word with yourself.

What would you like me to do exactly? Throw my toys about so they can all have a good laugh on KD? No thanks.

We all know the right thing to have done in this situation was have no winners or losers in the league as it was all up for grabs. They have no answer to that.

14 team league still gets 4 OF games, play each other twice, split to a top 6 bottom 8, play each other twice, less games for top 6 can be attributed to their expected longer cup runs

Teams will vote it down, but it gets sky their 4 OF games, keeps the junkie derby,

36 games a season for top 6

40 games a season for bottom 8

Leading the way as the  laughing stock of the football world

I would like to think our board thought this was a possibility and have a statement already prepared and due for imminent release but reality tells me they will be scrambling about in the dark and found wanting.

Don’t worry mate - our guys are playing a blinder.

It’s just that they’re playing it behind closed doors......

So what are the ITK guys saying now??

David Edgar seems pretty certain this particular resolution won't go through in the end. With his contacts at the club , especially now that Graham is there I still have a good bit of hope it won't.

So all these clubs that voted to end the season early and call it as is with the prizes given out ... since they are so money-orientated, I take it they're about to refund all their fans for the last 2 months of the season that they paid for in the shape of season books?

They must have their chequebooks out.

Kind of thinking along those lines, said earlier (unsure why) but I have a quiet confidence that this was the likelihood the board foresaw and have been building a strategy to deal with it...

the only strategy will be the ST renewal whilst the fans face their embarrassment
