Another nonce appeaser mentioning a “delay” that never happened.

Roger Mitchell is a mongo bastard.

It confirms everything that we thought when we know he held a senior position in Scottish football.

The fact moonhowlers like this used to be in charge of the league says it all

Take it he just gets his info from the jap ,pretty sure the new investment when lockdown started would keep us going for a while .thats before the board have any input as they have already guaranteed

Reckon his green friends are in a stickier position where their board actually take money out rather than put it in

Fritzels soft loans cost them a fortune ,pretty sure he gets preferential sponsorship deals on the back of a shitty we loan he gave them many many years ago ,a loan he has no want to ever recall as it would cost him too much

PS this wee fenian bastard Mitchell was once CEO of the top association ,we didn’t realise how fenianic he was at the time ,true colours shown now ,another mouthpiece that been quiet for years

I was about to say that. A quick check of his twitter account tells you all you need to know about Jim Jinger Spence.

Complete tit of a man.

To be fair .It was probably the original place man ,put in charge of the newly formed SPL at the beginning  of a long road , to getting overall power by corruption .

So now Rangers by way of seeking a resolution to get clubs their monies urgently are trying to delay payments 😂

And to think the press quote Roger Mitchell the loonball as a credible contributor to the situation.

Have you heard the cunt talk lately

Ffs one of those right condescending new age west Dumbartonshire accents ,Speaks like he knows it all but it’s actually below his pay grade ,

Wonder if anyone has asked how a guy can be working in Italy for EMI music to suddenly becoming founding CEO of a football league body in Scotland?

What was the link between him and celtic, obviously a supporter, but I reckon there is more to it than that. 👍

Most importantly, at the start of last month, the PFA’s stance was clear, and I fail to see how any recent changes in the situation would alter this:

https://www.thecourier.co.uk/fp/sport/football/st-johnstone/1236646/pfa-scotland-chairman-liam-craig-says-union-position-on-closed-doors-football-hasnt-changed/

And chairman Liam Craig has confirmed their stance hasn’t changed.

“We made decisions as players and as a union right at the start of this,” the St Johnstone midfielder told Sky Sports.

“We’ve been ahead of the game in trying to move forward and look at other countries and how it has affected them.

“From a players’ point of view, first and foremost, safety is paramount and there’s no guarantee that with playing behind closed-doors you’re going to get that safety.

“Right now, with the government guidelines of social distancing and the SFA guidelines of not even being able to train together, for the time being it’s not even a conversation to have.

“In a few weeks’ time if circumstances become a bit clearer and the medical evidence is a lot better then maybe it’s something we can talk about further down the line. But right now I can’t see it happening.”

People tend to forget that footballers are men with families and have their own health to consider

What happens when they don’t have a contract??
No football, no football players.

Was it this Mitchell who presided over the Setanta debacle? Sourcing business with an Irish based outfit on the back of fictional business projections and ending up with its liquidation?

Yes mate .The fuckwits in Scottish media, never mention Mitchell in the matter of Scottish football telling Sky to do one . And bring in a Company from Ireland that went tits up .

Wonder how much money passed through their fingers on this one . While original Sky deal including English and Scottish teams  was gone forever

Incalculable the total loss to the game ,only now are we getting to the level we were at 10 years ago ,all those years money lost plus we are behind on what we should be getting FOREVER

He actually makes Doncaster look competent

Easily forgotten by the sevcoholics

suppose Mitchell’s comment gives them some wank material for the day though

Read the tweet then even after all this time and experience of their obsession, I was actually genuinely ’amazed’ at the volume of celtic fans commenting on it, seriously bitter, hate filled no marks. Am I in the minority here, but you couldn’t pay me to go in to their bigot laden forums, never mind actually post comments.
They really need a dose of reality...
