When it over extends and spreads and the cabal gets bigger ,mistakes and vulnerabilities begin to creep in and cover up tactics are employed to protect the cabal's overall interests. Objectives can and do backfire requiring action to get matters back on track in the direction they planned for originally. Persuasion and coercion are used through influential channels to ensure decisions remain in the cabal's overarching objectives and self interest.
