I hope at least tried to chip down on the Β£4m price, he did well in a few games but in others the game passed him by.

Suppose when you look at the comparisons it makes sense. I think he looks better technically than Kent and probably better value than Edouard across at the girodome.

This is either going to be a tremendous signing or a complete waste of a large fee;there will be no middle ground. I hope it's the former. At the very least its encouraging to see the club get deals over the line given what is going on.

Welcome, Ianis.

I think he's going to be the best technical player we have seen in scottish football for years. Fingers crossed it works for him and us and please gaffer play him as a fucking number 10. Everyone and there blind granny can see he's a game changer in the number 10 role.Β

Ianis Hagi (21) definitively switches to Glasgow Rangers. The Scottish club has lifted the purchase option for the attacking midfielder. KRC Genk had acquired Hagi from the Romanian Viitorul last summer, but had him leave on a rental basis to Rangers in January. We wish Ianis the best of luck in his further career.
