Anyone on Twitter?   Joe Black has supposedly been tweeting "hints" as to how it's going....and he's been reported to the police by tims.

That would not surprise me in the slightest. Just wait until their court case is heard.

I didn’t think they were capable of phoning the police.

:tu:

They only phone them when they need escorted back to the Gallowgate mate.

When it comes to snitching they are also sharpish with a phone.

But when it comes to reporting to the police on industrial CSA within their club? ..... well we all know how one pans out ..... lines are down or battery dead on their phones which matches up with their limited brain capacity ..... hypocritical snides the lot of them.

The SPFL do not want a court to be involved and they do not want to share documents...sums up their arguement.

I cannot imagine why ? Surely the judge will see through this.

Hope so or Scottish football should just close down 👍

They are in court because someone is trying to stand up to them ffs

No they are in court because budge couldnt get the rest of Scotland to agree to reconstruction, if the recon vote was aye she'd have happily sat back and allowed they crooked bastards to continue running the game,

He's being intentionally vague and no direct quotes during the proceedings

So the choice for the judge is either it goes to court or it goes to the SFA? This judge won't be judging if the SPFL are corrupt fucks or not? Fucking legal system is a pain in the fucking arse. Surely if this goes to court then the upcoming season will be delayed?

Still got a little time but its running out fast. The actual case would need to start in next week or so tho.

Even then with these time wasting bastards representing the cunts it would take a long time to cover all ground.

I hope the judge does move this forward to court and tells the SPFL to go fuck themselves. Be well worth pushing back the start date.

But they didn't agree to it so now she is standing up to them, hence, it's in court.

Or would it be better if everyone just dummied up and let THEM rack up 10, 20 .....

Pushing the start date back benefits everybody in the long run ,This ridiculous early restart means more games behind closed doors and less money into the game ,again

Just sack the league cup for one season ,For the sake of a trophy that doesn’t even give a European spot anymore why restrict cash for all clubs

Sure I've seen already they've pretty much done that by saying it's the clubs choice to take part this season. If only a few clubs want it then it'll be scrapped. Still alot of fixtures to go through with European football and a packed international schedule too. Starting even just a few weeks later will be making it very tight.

I realise it makes it tight ,but just look at the amount of winter based leagues that ain’t starting till September ,The ones who managed to restart their seasons ,
