On what basis can Rangers go to court with respect to the league being called?

People are conflating two entirely separate issues. One being the awarding of a title (zero basis for court action from Rangers), the other being SPFL leadership & governance (of which there is basis but, IMO, is unlikely to happen).

This is probably a simplistic outlook but aren't they only being awarded the title due to the infamous dodgy vote? So couldn't we have taken court action regarding said dodgy vote and everything that went on before and during the process which has ultimately cost us the chance to overturn their lead and the potential multi-millions of pounds that go with it?

if Rangers were to make a statement today with their next intentions, it would be brushed off as sore losers. Best to wait a day or two.

You must be one of the few clinging on to the false hope that we have any "next intentions". I'd love to be wrong.

Wait, I thought they had given the last euro spot from the cup to Aberdeen already (4th place in the league)?

Surely Hibs & Hearts can't be happy with that if the matches are going to be played?

So here is a scenario that is not that far-fetched. Dembele goes from Lyon to Man U. Scum get money and buy a decent player with the proceeds they will get. Decent player then scores the winner in the SC final. Meanwhile, Hearts will be lucky if they have money to field a team. Fair? I think not. If the league cannot be played on then neither can the SC.

It's really showing them as the classless scum they are.

Smiling, holding the cup, pictures of them celebrating at the stadium untouched - all whilst the rest of the world is still under lockdown; people being made redundant, losing jobs, family members, loved ones and homes.

Truly truly a club of vermin.

Just seen this on BBC, surely to god they’ll get arrested for breaching lockdown? FYI the Beeb did not blur their faces.

You'd think....in the other shots the police are just sat with them on their bikes. Not even 2m apart.

The Olympics  mile  race for the gold medal  is on ,one runner is out in front but some way from the finishing line , when due to totally unforessen circumstances the race is halted abruptly there and then. The judges give the guy out in front the gold medal .Can you imagine the furore there would be about that kind of decision.

The gift to sellick was never in any doubt and was decided some time ago within the inner secret chamber of the SPFL.

You've just reminded me of the Olympics marathon where the guy leading by a long way was grabbed by a spectator and couldn't finish the race,he deserved to win but got sfa :-(

Only when it’s safe to have fans back in stadia. When’s that going to be?  Doesn’t matter , as long as celtic win it which referees will make sure of.

Plus it’s worth 4.5m, but 10m for the spfl doesn’t matter. Forget about the pandemic, money is more important, forget about integrity, celtic winning is more important.
