Buried deep inside the STV article almost as an after thought states ‘The board were also advised that the prospects of victory at CAS were not high.’

A  more correct headline would have been 'Rangers Were Right'

But that's never happening, is it?

so celtic complained they were denied Champions league money eventually getting the SFA to charge us (resolution 12). Yet we just accept next seasons Europa placing without a fight after an incomplete season?

They never had a case but it kept the tarrier support on side for a while.

The number of them replying to the tweet from the BBC is as embarrassing as you would expect.

Of course they are.  Damage was done and primary objective achieved.

However, no doubt this is all about being able to hold up the "even-handedness" when we get screwed over next season.

This gives me comfort, even though they have just been handed an unjustified league flag, this news will cause great pain, rage and anguish to a sizeable portion of their support...

I suspect the threat Park said he got from Doncaster was in relation to this ?

SFA want hee haw to do with it.

In return we wont go after them for counter signing the letter to UEFA sent before the actual vote confirming that clubs wanted to curtail league ?

SFA & SPFL has a lot to hide. They do not want Rangers, Hearts or Partick to take the resolution to court in order to prevent what may be uncovered. The timing of this sounds like the are trying to appease Rangers in the hopes they 'let sleeping dogs lie.'

I hope Rangers see through this.
