Man City are hardly bigger, they have more cash for obvious reasons but they’ll never have a following like we do and the history will be mainly down to the fact they were bankrolled by Arab royalty. We're bigger than the rest of them, though. Notice Larsson saying in the papers today that his Seville season team would have made the top 4 in England. Got me wondering if that meant our treble team that season would have finished second? after all, we cleaned up and celtic won fuck-all that season. We have a huge worldwide following, a very healthy home support and one of the most dedicated away supports in the world. We could have a friendly game on mars and at least 10,000 Bears would turn up. Other teams may have more money, players worth 70 million plus and eye watering global TV rights but we blow every team on that list out if the water when it comes to the passion of our support.
