Wallace could be on the pitch every minute of every game but he still doesn't have the leadership or organisation skills of Barton so I don't really get your point. It'll take Brenda a long time to sort through that squad, see whose decent and worth keeping on. Getting rid of them then filling in the spots. And that'll take quite a few weeks of tinkering.
