CF5LOYAL 0
Well Andrei Arshavin is available for £20m.... According to a source I know we had the money ready but Ewan Chetser said he was too small
OlegKuznetsov 10,816
Different times. Different market place. There are very few players of Laudrup's class about these days, particularly since Zidane has retired. That's how highly I rate him.
CF5LOYAL 0
The goal second from last in the video when he scooped the ball over Leighton was my first ever game. 4-1 it finished I beleive.

Stardog 11
We should've got Gronkjaer a few years ago. He would've done a job.

Danny 9
My all time hero. A magician. A genius. And we will never see that again at Ibrox.
l.mcg 1
Laudrup was world-class at Rangers. If he was at Real Madrid during those years he may well have won world player of the year.
OlegKuznetsov 10,816
My all time hero. A magician. A genius. And we will never see that again at Ibrox. Let's keep our fingers crosed for Fleckie!
l.mcg 1
Never put that pressure on a young lad. If fleck became as good as Lauders we could sell him for 20 mil in today's market. He won't though, realistically. Although I do rate Scott Durie too. He could come through, no?
chewbacca 8
I still Laudrup Normally I'm not keen on man>2>man loving but sometimes its just unavoidable

BillyBoyBlue 0
One of, if not, the best ever foriegn import to enter Britain. Bergkamp, imo, is the only player that matches that talent. And i too would "man love" with King Lauders!!
Frankie 505
Pace, skill, fitness, finishing, poise, balance, quality, consistency, class, professionalism.... The man had everything - if he was actually a man. It's actually quite upsetting watching that YouTube clip and trying to think where we could find a similar player from nowadays. I don't we can so we can only hope we rear a young lad with similar attributes.
lilyadore 9
It's actually quite upsetting watching that YouTube clip and trying to think where we could find a similar player from nowadays. Agree, it's rather a depressing thought. The 5-0 gubbing of Motherwell in that clip was my first ever game at Ibrox and he was out of this world. Various points over the past season where I would have quite happily had him back in the team, even at 39!

maverick1200 2,828
If we ever got a player like that again, i doubt with the big money that is now in england that he would remain at our club for a long period
