Shaft Murray and Bain for what you can get son (tu)

Even Celtic, released Balde, but have told him he will get a couple of games pre season to get him fit for joining a new club, Yet Smith is still reluctant to give Gow a game. They've shafted him, hope he takes us to the cleaners and gets the remaining 2 seasons wages.

Goes to show why small clubs hates us, Both us and Celtic have ruined 2 good players in Gow and Riordan, Hopefully they go onto clubs and produce performances that both managers regret.

i dont really rate gow but he should have had a chance last season especially when we were playing so many games. Cant see him getting a chance this season so he might as well move on. £250k is a wee bit too little for my liking though, falkirk wanted £500k when we tried to get him last jan and he has 6months left on his contract so we should be looking for the same.

Aye, right enough. When you think about it....

Taken away from a mediocre club going absolutely nowhere. Offered wages 99% of the population could only wet-dream about. For kicking a ball. Financially secured for life. Played for The Rangers. Cosseted daily from anything even remotely difficult this life has to offer. Will probably have to move to another club where he will be paid another fortune. For kicking a ball.

What Murray and his evil henchmen have done, mercilessly, to that poor, wilting wallflower against his will is nothing short of - as you put it - a total fucking shafting.

How do they sleep at night making young men into millionaires? For kicking a ball.

FFS

Both Gow and Buffel were bumped over by Smith last season.

I hope their bursting-to-overflowing bank-accounts offer them at least some succour and respite from the evils heaped on them by having to kick a ball around for The Rangers.

Once again we have the poor hard done by Gow! Those who go to reserve matches know why he was not given a first team chance and I guarantee if he had been given a run of games he would have been hounded out by our fans.

A Rangers player must play for the team, must show effort, must play for the team not try to show off for their own benefit especially when it means losing possesssion, must try to win the ball back when they have lost possession not run three steps and give up.

For a Rangers supporter he shows no understanding of what it means and takes to wear the jersey, poor attitude on the pitch and now,it seems, prepared to be a parasite rather than move on.

Not his fault, they signed him up on big money, for a falkirk player at the time, and then not play him.

You're right of course. But, it's hardly shafting the boy as you put it to pay him fortunes. Good luck to him, but if he's not good enough for the management to want to pick him then he's still very, very fortunate to have enjoyed an experience most of us would offer to do for nothing if there was even the remotest chance.

I know what your saying, But its little enough for Walter to give him a game pre season. Celtic have released Balde, but are still going to play him pre season.

That was probably part of his demands along with a large cheque (tu)

When Rangers sign any player, from small backwater clubs or continental giants, that player is given The Golden Ticket. He has the chance to become a legend at the greatest club on Earth, and make an absolute fortune into the bargain. All he has to do is work hard, impress the coaches enough so that they will feel he is worthy of playing for Rangers.

Gow has had that chance and he blew it.
