  1. Probably not Bears Den but thought was pretty fitting given our forces day at weekend, class display from Vitesse why don’t we see the likes of this from more UK clubs ??

  2. I'll never understand the mentality of someone that celebrates the club doing well by trying to get one over on other supporters with an "up ye" type post

  3. In answer to your question we don't see this from British clubs because of the stigma attached to being British and proud of it. Our armed forces sacrificed so much and still do and most people don't have the balls to support them publicly.

  5. Been a fan of his since he first appeared for us. Like many, he suffered badly under poor management at times last season. But today I saw something that astonished me more than any piece of play we have seen from him so far. After his goal, which made it 5-1 with 10mins to go, he had a quick celebration then ran to Zander Clark to try and get the ball back. It was like we were chasing down a cup tie or an aggregate score. You just knew he felt there was another couple of goals available for us. It just proved once again, the mentallity this team has right now, and nobody shows that more than DC when he is doing things like this. Outstanding attitude...

  6. Enjoy the moment as they have been few and far between but let's not get ahead of ourselves

  7. Still not seeing the conspiracy... That aside, plenty of us have been saying for years that they would crumble at the first sign of some serious competition. Add in the fact that Rodgers is an egomaniac and a narcissist, and all the atttention is suddenly elsewhere, then I’ve no doubt it’s got to him.

  10. As a UK Veteran, I am still entitled to military discounts across the USA. I am not entitled to many (there is a smaller scheme but its like 10% of Sky subscriptions and stuff like that) in the UK. It's nice to be appreciated. Too many people in the UK could not care less about the very men and women sent out to protect them and their way of life. I have a US Marine (also a vet) buddy that I met during Desert Storm (Op Granby for us Brits) and he gets appreciated everywhere he goes yet we get very little.

  11. As brilliant as the weekend was . We need to rain it in a little for me . There is no way that team are falling apart . It's a form slump . It happens . The worst thing we can do is get ahead of ourselves , when we haven't even beaten them yet . Keep the focus on us . And we can see where that takes us

  12. Veterans had to fight for it in USA as after Vietnam they were hounded until they fought back and got people to recognise what they did and now get treated like they should and are miles ahead of UK in what they do now for veterans.

  13. I think the opposite. He can't handle pressure at all and will cave. If he goes they could get someone else in(Lennon) and regroup.

  14. Morning lurkers. Hope you all had a sleepless night and doubt whether you saw the goal that fugly cunt McGinn scored. BUT!!!!...let me tell you, that you missed out on the one player who might've helped your season to tick along nicely. Ya cheapskate bastards wouldn't pay the extra half million that woulda sealed the deal. The best thing about that result in Kilmarnock was, that you were all still there at the bitter end hoping to thieve another result. NEVER HAPPENED and you got skelped by one of your own. Me personally am loving yer pain ya unwashed tramps

  15. Some people are too stubborn to admit they got it wrong with Morelos. Love to criticise him for some reason, bizarre behaviour. Probably same fans who revered Garner for slide tackling a tree. Clueless It’s embarrassing that chance is even discussed after the performance he put in.

  16. Cannae beat a good conspiracy theory - SG will have him rattled when we start beating them - until then it’s promising, ( and fun and enjoyable) but we ain’t there yet where they are really rattled. (But now they know we are there)

  18. The rest of Scottish football back in 2012 were told by the Taigs "we dont need Rangers, your teams will benefit, crowds will flock and the league will be more open". Well guess what?! The only ones benefiting were the Taigs. The only ones the taigs knew would benefit were the taigs. They just lied. Hopefully the other teams feel like complete arseholes now for believing the crap.

  19. some of the more clued up posters (me) have been saying it all along, that when rodgers signings come properly in to play they will be weakened in every position he's brought someone in for. he has a history of shocking signings. long may it continue. 55 is coming.

  20. Considering how much money fans pump into the club I think people have the right to challenge prices if they feel they want to. Of course there will always be people willing to pay it, but you don't know one fans financial situation compared to the next. If someone has already forked out for two/three season tickets for them and their family, showing commitment week in week out, they might feel aggrieved if they're not able to afford the European packages for them and their kids. I understand your point but think you need to show a tad more compassion towards fellow Rangers fans is needed here mate.

  22. All start in a reserve game today. Could be ideal getting them to play today and then on Wednesday night and hopefully keep the full squad fit until the next international break and then rest again. Hope we see Grezda on Wednesday night.

  23. If I was a fan of hibs I would not have been happy listening to him conceding the league already. Cant imagine any Rangers manager sitting in a press conference in September saying that, but then again we don't have that small mentality.

  24. Would be good to see them all play but doubt they will be match fit, possibly all will appear at some time, really need to take it easy and not throw them in too quick.

  25. Are people really offended or annoyed that we were on last? The only teams anybody care about are us and celtic so they bookend our games and their games on the show most weeks to try and keep viewers for the duration.

  26. Speaking from personal opinions, I can't abide a top class player who will phone it in, give 80% and sometimes hide when adversity strikes. What I can support is an average player who gives his absolute everything, even if it falls just short. Put your body on the line, never surrender and we will back you til the utmost end.

  28. In work the now and these cunts are quiet as fuck, I'm not even saying anything about them but they are raging and flustered as fuck, their wee brains are ticking over and it's affecting them. Funny that none of them are chatting football this Monday morning, they are wanting to try to hold conversations, me and an Ulster boy are just laughing away, they are paranoid wrecks, that's them only a point behind us, oh please please let us win the league this year,

  29. They are brought up to love their country and history, many Scots are raised to hate ours. I Imo cunts that disrespect our armed forces shouldn't be allowed to use the rights and privileges our soldiers fought for.

  33. Part of the blame for that rests with the way Blair handled invading Iraq and Afghanistan, and subsequent revelations from his own cabinet about it. Unfortunately the soldiers seem to be bear the brunt of it rather than politicians ever having to face consequences for their actions. If it was Tony Blair's son bring carved up on the street in broad daylight rather than Lee Rigby, I suspect the reaction to it would have been much different from the political class. Even with that, we've went to a strange direction in the UK where the Irish republican propaganda and their versions of the troubles are largely accepted as truth, and our soldiers portrayed as butchers. Huge disservice done not only to the soldiers and the loyalists that lived through the troubles, but to the civilians murdered by the IRA whose families will never get justice. (Including Catholics who dared to do such heinous acts such as be civil to British soldiers.)

  35. Same mate. If we do 55 this year, I want him to be there to watch his reputation fall apart. But he'll jump before that happens. His ego couldn't take his former player in his 1st season beating him to the title.

  37. some people will remember the miss at the end when he's just ran his self into the ground for 90 minutes, scored and created goals due to deft touches. unplayable today and my MOTM.

  38. I'm watching the sports news and TLB has comforting words for his former employers as he claims "they will still win the league " He is the manager of a team who should be believing they can put up a challenge against them this season, we have heard Mcinnes say similar in the past, if these managers are paying them too much respect how the fuck do they channel a winning mentality through to their players? Two managers who clearly don't have so much respect for them are funnily enough the two managers who have been able to beat them last season and this season already, the tims are an average side this season and the sooner all managers get switched into this the better the league will become.

  42. His movement and flicks had their defenders on their arses three or four times today. It was also 87minutes when that happened after he’d run his arse off leading the line all afternoon. He’s one of our best players.
