  1. Rangers fan on singing SG praises. That is fine but I'm getting really uneasy, with some of the stuff that i hear from people like this guy " SG has brought the invincibility back " My fuck we still haven't won a trophy yet . We really need to keep all this over confident shite in check . And that is coming from a bear that has been watching Gers for decades, and seen many a large points deficits over turned .It it far too early to be dismissing the scum for starters

  2. I get that view tbh. But last season all our eggs were in the one basket named Morelos. If he didnt perform, we were fucked, and that's what happened for whatever number of reasons. I believe thats been addressed with Roofe and Itten coming in to help him and Defoe. We've also got permanent players here now with flair in Kent, Hagi and Aribo. The low block doesn't seem such a huge barrier to overcome. Finally, we had the longest period of time in years to work on formations, the results are there for all to see. I'm in a positive frame of mind about how we're getting on, but also cautious as it is still early days in the season. But for reasons I've given, there's much more about us as a force. There's no obvious weaknesses or reliance on individuals etc. The platform is already there too.

  3. See if we’re really honest we weren’t really playing that well last year before the break. Yes we were scraping wins and we beat them at their own midden but we were struggling in a lot of games and papering over the cracks. We are a different animal this year. I’m not getting too excited but I certainly think we have a far better mentality than last season.

  5. It's hard not to get carried away during the games themselves...once the high wears off though, reality settles back in. It's same old...we want it so bad we are trying to taste it. No winter break to Dubai this year, that's all I'm saying.

  7. I am hoping the players have turned some corner, but I cannot get the last season from Jan out of my mind and while delighted with how we are playing and the results we are getting I will be taking it a game at a time, simples.

I really don’t get it. Do people think that he’s an overt racist and decided that the time to reveal it was in front of a select committee? It’s plainly obvious to anyone with a functioning brain that he fucked his language up, presumably wanting to say “players of colour” and getting it wrong. Ridiculous overreaction, and conflating this sort of thing with actual racism, of which there is plenty, does absolutely nobody any good.

  11. We do seem to have a better attitude Jinty, I have always worried about our mental strength and so far that seems much better. I just hope we have turned a corner with that. Our play and results and quality of squad is certainly better. Just for my own self preservation I will stick to looking forward to the next game, it is my way of dealing with so many disappointments over the last few years.

  12. So Greg Clark, a 62 year old man, makes comments that are considered outdated and the immediate response to that is calls (that succeeded) for him to lose his job? Surely one of the best ways to tackle racism is to take steps to educate people who are older and/or ignorant about what you can and cannot say rather than immediately looking to get them fired from their jobs, canceling them and then blacklisting them like they never existed?

  13. Yeah they basically redesigned everything from the ground up with AC Origins. The modern day part is virtually non existent at this point and there's a bigger focus on exploring mythology (Egyptian, Greek and now Norse). I'd say it now sits somewhere between the Witcher and Shadow of Mordor/War. @CR3 Origins was abit rough round the edges. You could tell it was their first attempt at trying something new and the questing/story telling was admittedly pretty weak and bloaty. They improved it massively in Odyssey though, although the side quests do still feel like bloating alot of the time.. it's not like the Witcher where every quest is a story in its own right. It's early days since Valhalla only came out today..but it looks like they've put quite alot of effort into addressing the side quest bloat that the past 2 had. I'm enjoying the main story too.. but I've spent most of my time just cutting limbs off.

  16. All good points and I really hope the management and players have found a new will and belief in how to win games. Our squad is certainly stronger and better than last season. These things are there to see but I have decided the best way for myself is to only look to the next game.

  17. Management and players need to show they can get over, whatever it is causing our 2nd half of the season failings. I think the stronger depth is going to help us here. We've been over reliant on certain players where as now we can swap them out and not suffer a drop in quailty when we do. It will also be good to see what happens with no winter break in play. After this international break sure we're playing right into March.

  18. He must have mentioned ‘arithmetically possible’ about five times tonight, which was funny as I never heard him mention it much at the end of last season before celtic were awarded a title that had not been arithmetically secured...

  19. Never listen, but that is well over the top IMO, we are playing great but no way am I moving away from one game at a time.

  22. I’ve not got it yet. Didn’t want to pat the full £55 or whatever when it came out. Hoping somebody will get me it for Christmas though. I’m going on to three day working weeks to use my annual leave up from next week so I’m planning to just keep playing RE2 and then RE3 non stop over the next few weeks and then start GOT after Christmas.

I’ve got a 4K gaming monitor and it was easily the best decisions I’ve made. Couldn’t believe how much it improved my performance compared to the 55inch tv.

4k and 60fps is perfectly fine for next gen, no need to dive in and go overboard on new TVs yet.

  30. celtic defender Shane Duffy has responded to a fan on Twitter who equated Brighton & Hove Albion paying part of his wages with the decision to charge English Premier League fans for pay-per-view matches. A supporter down in England shared an image suggesting that Brighton were wrong to make supporters pay because Duffy is at Celtic and the Seagulls pay £25,000-a-week of his salary. Duffy put the record straight, stating on the social media site: “Someone sent me this feel like have to respond. Celtic pay my full wages sorry which are 40 grand.
