  2. Two weeks ago we placed at plaque at Daldowie Crematorium in memory of Brian Hutchison. His brother Tommy has shared his thoughts. Our brother. I remember one of my 1st Rangers presents, a tracksuit, my best Christmas present ever, when it got wet in the rain I was lucky to be able to walk in it never mind run, it just soaked up the water but i loved it. Birthdays and Christmas presents after that I would ask for a new strip, boots or a mouldy. Anyone who got hit in the inner thigh with a mould master will be cringing reading this. I even remember a wet bladder with laces coming throu

  3. Take nothing for granted. One game at a time. we have all been here before. They can’t get any worse, but we can certainly get better. lets take a game at a time, enjoy when we win, but a long way to go troops. p.s fuck the pope!

  5. Our bench being full of people who could easily be starters for us is massive IMO. We have so much more competition for places and I think it shows. Look at Bassey, Knows the guy in front of him is close to an auto pick for the manager. He has been given his chance and the boy is flying. Like you also say, I don't think we've ever really got out of second gear in the league yet. There are a few teams going to take a serious hammering from us this season. Long may it continue.

  6. Killie is the acid test for us. Any win will do. 9 points ahead with their games in hand miles away. Tough away run for them too so conceivably they could be double digits behind over the next couple of weeks.

  7. Anyone read popcorn teeth's comments about the Referee (Willie Collum) in the rhebel after their game against the sheep? Remember Stevie Gerrard being charged for asking a question? Where are the charges against lennon?

  10. Not even our biggest game of the week tbh. Sunday is massive. The normal team, get a win with no injuries.

  11. Is that we've in my opinion still got several gears to go through. With the first set of fixtures out the way we've undoubtedly played one great stuff at times and been defensively sound too but we still have much more to come. We have had our share of injuries, players settling in and again going through Euro qualifiers in a short space of time. I think that we can still give much more and in no way is this a criticism but a massive positive for the matches ahead. Look t let weekend for example, we beat that mob without our front 3 really getting in to it and agin today against Livi

  14. I count 21 games since returning. This includes friendlies in France and at home, plus the Europa game v Leverkusen. 17 clean sheets from 21 games is absolutely incredible. I don't think we have seen such a solid defence in the opening period. Take out late consolations from Motherwell and Galatasary, then it's only Hibs who have got close to beating us and creating a number of chances. The team are being coached to a very high standard. I'm really proud of the players gaining those stats. Well done to everyone so far. Let's keep it going 👍

  15. Not to put a dampener on things but lennon was like this in 2011 and he managed to salvage a draw away to killie then if memory serves me right, they went on a massive streak of wins that lasted until the split Im counting fuck all until we actually win it, seen this movie too many times

  17. This looks like it might just be changing. I think Lennon has regressed them to a point where they are not just going to pick up three points every time they don't play us. They rode their luck in the last few weeks, winning by a single goal, sometimes late into the match. THe loss to us, the Milan then dropping points to the sheep could go either way. They might push on and regain form, or as I hope and think, they might implode and have a run of bad games or bad luck. Fuck them anyway, the only team that can beat us this season is us. If we lose it's going to be because we fucke

  19. Pass completion means fuck all when the 3 out of 10 passes he doesn’t make are that bad they allow the opposing team to counter attack like at Liege it happened 4 times The new role excuse doesn’t wash with stuff like that. He’s well off it just now, not anywhere near close to his best.

  22. How can you possibly hint at that toothless, rabid, undignified, indignant scumbag as some kind of tactical genius in 2012? Seriously if he was that then how come Ally oversaw 2 home victories over him then? In my opinion this is the reason he won the league back then, it is because he is one jammy bastard. A 10 point deduction and Rangers imploding had everything to do with it. His record at Bolton and Hibs shows that. Where I do go along is that that kind of jammyness can stick so yes I would advise caution with regards celebrating early, hopefully these last couple of years has taught Stevi

  26. Absolutely. The target is win the league and that is the first time I've said that since 2012 and truely believe it is a realistic expectation - not just saying it because we are Rangers and it's the staunch thing to say, No Surrender and what. This year feels different to last. Even when we had momentum, you just knew they would bounce back and we were probably overachieving. This season, I think they will crack if pressure is applied. That is not to say that I have total faith in our ability to apply that pressure, our team still hasn't won anything and has to prove it can sustain

  37. Ultimate fence sitting mode.... I can see the arguments on both sides here. He has definitely started playing deeper, working more for the team and playing a bit of a different role to last season. He is reasonably effective at it for the most part. That being said, his form has dipped, he isn't scoring goals, the rest of the team have proven they can play well and score without him. I think it's time for him to spend a week or two on the bench. He, like any other player who dips in form can be replaced with another player, and should have to earn his way back in. Apart from
