Good luck to him.
He gave me the most incredible Ibrox night of my life and I’ll forever be thankful for that entire amazing Europa run.
I’ll always root for him and wish him success.

SonicWill got a reaction from Henders82 in Why do our fans accept mediocrity?
I don’t think there’s any great amount of people accepting mediocrity.
It always hurts to lose to celtic, particularly when we’ve been on the receiving end of so many beatings over the past decade.
That said, you can still look at the game in a balanced fashion.
It was a very even match decided by cutting edge and lack thereof at both ends of the park. Some of the refereeing was very poor also.
Our performance was a world away from getting blown out by multiple goals as happened on a couple of occasions under Gio.
You can say that all that matters is the three points, and I absolutely understand that viewpoint, but there’s context to football and the fact remains that it was a game that could have went either way today.
Plenty to build upon, plenty to improve but I don’t feel particularly less optimistic about our prospects under Clement after this game than I did before.

Lundstram was decent and Sterling was excellent.
A great goal by Tav but it followed 88 minutes of terrible deliveries and at 2 down the damage is done.
When we concede first, don’t take our chances and then ship another right after half time you’re giving yourself a mountain to climb.
Cantwell and Sima were abysmal. Cantwell is developing big Alfie “angry at everything except my own shite performance” vibes in OF matches. Needs to knuckle down and deliver far more on these big occasions.
Still in a better position than we could have dreamed of a couple of months ago. It’s important we get back to winning ways on the 2nd as still loads of football to be played.

Of course we lost.
Are you saying we shouldn’t analyse the match to see what went wrong? Are you saying we can’t say a better striker than Dessers would have finished some of those chances?
Yes it is speculation of course but if we aren’t allowed to do that we might as well shut the thread now.

20mins of fucking Pish.
Last 15mins was really good.
Cantwell was fucking gash until the last 15mins. Need more of that, not acceptable that first 20/30mins for a player of his calibre.
Dessers been fairly good but that chance says it all.
Ross been good as well but fuck me square the fucking ball man.
We are 100% in this.
Make the right choices in the right areas!!!!
Big Phil get this 11 ready are raring to go for this next 45mins.

Struggling to see how the second Dessers goal was offside. Looked like they drew the line on his elbow.
Great first half and a poor second, but at that point the job was done. Would like to see a more joined up 90 mins but points are what’s important.
Fingers crossed Goldson is just precautionary and he doesn’t miss any time.

SonicWill reacted to born a blue nose in Abdallah Sima
He's got some flaws, a lack of close control at times makes him no easy on the eye. kind of agreed with you a few weeks back, but what I've realised now is the stuff he does do well he does very well.
Great attitude too, and his finishing is brilliant.

A few misplaced passes but his workrate and tracking runs were excellent, particularly in the last fifteen.
I’m quick enough to criticise him and he was by no means perfect but he did a good job for the team tonight.

That's a red card all day long and anyone saying otherwise would do well to take their blue-tinted specs off.
You'd be going crazy if that was a Dundee player going in on one of ours like that and not getting sent off. A clear stamp half way up the shin.
