Know this will be unpopular, but as has been said before Gio now has more than a full first team out injured just now.
We've not got the resources to have anything like three fucking players for every position.

The inconsistency of pumping Aberdeen but then getting beat by St Johnstone is what frustrates me, but again the Aberdeen result shows we can do it.
Assuming we beat St Mirren, I'm willing to wait and see how things go after the WC break. Hopefully have a few players back from injury by then.

Let's not forget that the team has had some fine results under Gio, so they're clearly capable of doing it. Maybe I'm optimistic that this is just a really shite run of form and something will eventually click and our form will take off again.

Goldson for starters. Our defence has been honking since he got injured. Jack, Lawrence, Hagi, Helander. Possibly even Yilmaz although we've not seen a great deal of him to properly judge.

I'm not sticking up for him by any means, and that team should be good enough to beat everyone in the league bar the tims, but you also have to admit he's been chronically unlucky with injuries so far.
