James Tavernier Is quite literally a freak of nature. An elite athlete and model pro who's stats for a full back are fucking ridiculous. If he played in the EPL and produced half of those numbers he would be valued at silly amounts of money. He's a diamond and a rarity we are lucky to have.

I'd give him a few weeks on the bench and allow him to get his head straight again and feeling confident after taking such a massive personal blow. Losing someone very close to you rips the soul out of you and scrambles your head for a while. Sands is a more than able deputy plus we have Davies when ready. Let's look at it on a human level and let the guy mourn his loss and come to terms with it properly before throwing him into the pressure cooker that is Rangers matches. I'm hearing rumours that people will be queuing outside the Louden, Oswalds etc from 8/9am to guarantee a place to watch the game. Most people are going to be either confined to their house due to having no chance of getting into boozers or left wandering the street without seeing the match. Full thing is turning into a shit show and is taking the shine off of the occasion. Piss poor from Rangers.
