In terms of an OF game that meant something regarding going for a title or a cup, tav has won 1 out of the last 15 he has played in or close to that (the ET cup win at hampden) 
Thats an absolutely horrendous record for a Rangers captain, absolutely horrendous

I like the manager a lot and if we don’t win things consistently under him then I don’t think we ever will again. He has a number of things going against him. 
Financially they blow us out the water and now will do for the next 2-3 years until it becomes impossible for either of us to get through the CL qualifiers. 
He’s dealing with the hangover of a £15m spend last summer, of which there are about 2 successful signings in Butland and Sterling. Add into that the £7m fees on Matondo and Davies plus another £7m in wages and you can see where his issues are. 
 
He’s facing like 2 or 3 managers before him, the same group of 4 players who have been instrumental in every single choke job for 3-4 seasons in Goldson, Barisic, Lundstram and Tavernier. 
 
He now has to simply see the back of anything from 12-15 players in the summer and hope the DoF and scout can have a 90% success rate with signings otherwise we’re in the same position next season. 

The thing is, everyone is a genius with hindsight. Ross County had only won 6 games all season up until yesterday - there's a reason why they're second bottom. We shouldn't need a full strength team to beat them and I think that's a fair assumption for the manager to have.
But, it's clearly not the case and we need to go full strength from now until the end.

Bottling since 2018? How many hard line stories, disappointments have we seen. It's a mentality. Its not tireness, distractions, injuries or anything else. It's been staring us in the face for many year's. It wont be gone until the core of squad is moved away from the club.

- Outwith 55 season, we've only beaten them twice when it was during a title race. Ryan Jack 1-0 and Katic 2-1. After that we then collapsed. We never beat them post January unless the title is gone e.g. Arfield 2-0 or Cantwell 3-0. We lose vital games like Defoe up front at Ibrox, Ramsay 1-0 early goal but lose, this seasons first OF game and last week 3-3. Even in that game we bottled the first half and when it went 2-2. We love playing when people expect very little of us.

Clement has probably done the best out of our Managers given the cup win and league form but we've not beaten them in 2 games. Our fans keep saying they are shite and will drop points. Wake up.....we aren't very good. We have decent footballers but players like Raskin, Tav, Lawrence cant all lose form cos they turn shite. It's shitting the bed under pressure.
If we got to the final game of this season and we just need a win to get the league, does anyone think we will do it easily? It wouldnt be like a Walter last day performance anyways. We will probably beat them at parkhead out of nowhere but then lose to Killie at home.
We've been awful in recent weeks Motherwell, Hibs goal, 3-3 and today. We're finished outwith a miracle. 
 

This is the most worrying aspect. Yes we can win all remaining games but the  decline in the application/ attitude department has been alarming.
 
Every game demands a cup final approach not some half arsed bounce match approach. The same and some new culprits coming up short, again. It’s unacceptable.

The attitude last few games has been utterly shit last week and today management have to get their arses in gear and find a way to get this team moving .

I hate to say it, but if we have a first half like that at their dump, we'll be goals down.
The defence sleeping. No midfield protection. Losing far too many duels all over the park. We really need Tav, Goldson, Lundstram to find their best form of the season, not their worst. 
 

Very few pass marks from that half. So many slack passes, in particular Tav and Dowell have been the biggest culprits. Guilty of trying to force the play which has led to turning over possession in dangerous areas.

The slackness and terrible finishing in that half was a joke, souttar best of a bad bunch, dowall is murder and dessers is killing us, tav and Lundstram looked fkd.

Piss poor really. Too many anxious moments for my liking.

Our Manager is more of a free thinker and as He has been showning in his short time with us .... an honest influencer who can seemingly draw water from an empty well if need be .... and knows how to play the game ... with class .... and when dealing with officials is a level above the pack.

That has been the case for a long time now. Any decision that goes against Them is a result of the and of course failure to win any trophy, especially domestically is naturally down the Them being cheated, but never defeated. The pressure and let us not mince words, intimidation tactics that they have employed have been so successful that referees are basically unwilling to book any of their players unless it is so bad they cannot let it pass, or the player has wracked up double the amount of offences committed that would normally see you booked for persistent fouling.
Off the playing field, it is obvious to everyone that Them have an undue amount of influence upon the people that are supposedly running the game. The slap on the wrist for Brentan being the latest of numerous examples in recent years of the authorities coming out with favourable outcomes for Them, lest they feel the wrath of Peter. It has been said before many times, but worth repeating, the idea that That Mhob have been victims of a conspiracy that has seen Them win just about everything domestically for the last 15 years would be the biggest laugh ever, if the consequences for other Clubs in the League, but particulary so, us, were not to serious.
It goes without saying that the intimidation machine will be cranked to maximum in the next few weeks as  they do whatever is required to prevent us from winning the Title this season. Of course I could be accused of paranoia with that statement, however unlike Them, we have clear and numerous examples of honest mistakes on field and the curious decisions that have been made by the League in matters involving Them over the last few years. Today should finish Wright.  Nice lad and can go with his head held high - Europa league memories, a Scottish cup and a winners medal or 2 but he just isn’t the answer moving forward. I’d love to see us keep hold of Cortes and Sima next season.
