No it isn’t. Had we qualified for the CL we’d have had more money to spend. It’s completely relevant. The football side has been well backed by the Board.
That’s just a nonsense statement. I’ve never said I wanted rid at any point. Just not in the ‘gut punch’ or ‘heartbroken’ category.
    Put your dummy back in.

I hope he fails miserably and gets the sack asap.
What an utter cunts trick to run away for a mediocre, mid table at best team ahead of our hardest section of one our most important seasons.
The damage his leaving could do to us is potentially monumental. Gift wrapping the title for the mongoloid from down under could hit a reset button back to the financial stranglehold they had when Warburton brought us up, if not worse considering our board seem to have blew their loads to get 55 and desperately need 56.

It’s all very well punting names like GVB, Rebrov, Thomasson etc but it’s maybe being forgotten they’d be entering Rangers in November with no funds for January and immediate expectations of a cup win with progress at the top of the league.
    Thats a big ask

If Gerrard leaves, and I think he probably will, I won’t be throwing a rope over the rafters about it. He has done a job for us and stopping the ten is something he should be remembered for. However, it’s an old cliche but it’s true never the less, no one is bigger than the Rangers. If he leaves he goes with us 4 points clear and with a decent squad. The timing of this is a bit of a bummer but you would hope that there will be a contingency put together. Also because of the international break, it gives us a wee bit of time to sort something out. We’ll know soon enough what the outcome will be, if he’s away then I wish him no harm and as I said earlier I won’t be sticking my head in the oven over it. We constantly say that we’re a massive club, well massive clubs do what’s needed and carry on regardless. The king is dead, long live the king. W.ATP.

Things are feeling proper 1998 to me unfortunately. Wilson should have known better and earned his wages in the summer by stepping back and seeing the risk of relying on bargain bin pish to freshen up a squad that had to learn how to win the hard way over a long period of time.
Might be unpopular, but i think it’s been clear since the turn of the year that last season was the final push for the majority of this squad. The relief of the team finally pushing through a tough January run probably blinded us to more than a few drab performances. McGregor wasn’t in the conversation for POTY at the midway point last season, by the end of it there was only going to be one winner. I think that says a lot.

Goldson should have been given an ultimatum at the end of last season, either sign a contract or find a new club (preferably the latter for me).  I'd have sold Hagi and Kamara.   I'd never have signed Simpson and Bassey.  Nor would I have signed Lundstram, Bacuna, Ofoborh.  The on-loan Itten doesn't fit our style of play so no wonder he's out on loan..  No idea what position Sakala is meant to be but he is no  substitute for Morelos.  The squad needed to be refreshed  and that didn't happen.  We have missed a great opportunity and Ross Wilson and others are responsible.  Tonight's result isn't the reason for this post, it could have been said weeks ago.

For me the main difference from last season is not being able to make five substitutions. It's easier to run yourselves into the ground and chase all over the park when you can freshen up half your outfield players. Also you can afford to take a gamble with early changes and mix up your attacking options when you've got an extra couple of subs up your sleeve. Now we're back to three subs Gerrard looks terrified to make the 'wrong' change at the wrong time and ends up leaving it too late, much like during his first two seasons in charge.

Ecstatic with this news, can let him knuckle down and get his form back and if we get big offers I think we have to let Glenn decide, he’s showing loyalty here and we should give him the respect if offers do come in.
Goldson should follow suit for sure, he wears the armband in Tavs absence so he should show some loyalty to the club as we’ve restarted his career, signing a deal doesn’t mean you can get a move it just means you show some commitment and we don’t lose a good player for nothing.

Not sure how so many people are picking out Kent.
Yes he’s out of form but Davis, Morelos, Kamara etc… are playing just as bad as him today. Kent seems like an easy target for some in our support.

Not saying he shouldn’t be dropped but let’s not pretend he’s the only one.
