Only issue with yesterday (and partly down to the way we play as well) is the balls down in behind him and he can't get back anymore, balogun was immense in dealing with going out to cover, but it still leaves a big hole in the middle of our defence if the centre half doesn't come off best (probably where goldson is struggling) 
Other than that, coming from one of his biggest critics i thought he was decent

Good driving forward play, but again defending he is relying on others to bail him out
But with someone in the middle whos better than Goldson, then maybe he has a year or two left here

Never seen a season like it for our shite luck with injuries. Finally get a winger in during winter window and month later he gets a season ender.

Just out of curiosity why pick wright and silva to compare against kent? 
Why not compare his replacement (sima) who has beaten kents stats from last season with 1k less minuted played

The captaincy part is another question, ability wise if we change to make tav defend more and attack less, then he'll struggle 
If we keep him attacking, but don't upgrade goldson and Lundstram, then we'll struggle
Financially it's easier to fix one position than fix 2 positions to cover another position, but tav being captain and his attacking attributes might mean the spend on the other two positions is more worthwhile

Arfield got what it meant to fight till your last breath for the club though, if he came on the last twenty against dundee he'd have gave us some form of press and heart to maybe steal a win

Arfield would have contributed this season as well, infact in the last two games i think he could have made a difference
