  1. Statistically the years 1973. 1988.1991 and 1999 with six players have been the best. 1973 -Sandy Robertson, Lee Robertson, Steven Pressley, David Hagen, Neil Murray and Stephen Watson. 1988 - Alan Lowing, Steven Lennon, Paul Emslie, Dean Furman, Rory Loy, Jordan McMillan 1991 - John Fleck, Danny Wilson, Gregg Wylde, Jamie Ness, Kyle Hutton, Kane Hemmings 1999 - Liam Burt, Kyle Bradley, Aidan Wilson, Jamie Barjonas, Myles Beerman, Serge Atakayi 1999 can be explained as we were coming up through the leagues. In terms of appearances the 1973 group wou
  2. Few details in the public domain, scorers were Nathan Young-Coombes, James Graham & Tyler Pasnik. Don't know the starting lineup but a few older U18 players played that didn't play last time.
  3. He isn't a secret every club worth their salt knows about him. The standout player for his age in Scotland. No idea what he is thinking, most players sign pro when they are 16. Compensation rules have changed, any EPL club would only have to pay €90,000, last season it was around €450,000. These clubs can offer the best young players life changing contracts.
  4. I won't get too carried away until it is confirmed his first professional contract is with us.
  5. 18 year old South African centre back Graeme Pratt
  6. Seen him a couple of times now, wouldn't describe him as "big". He has looked decent in too friendlies against poor opposition

  14. Billy is now Under 16 and therefore an Under 17. Pretty sure he would be playing for the 17's, I chose to take in two games rather than one so didn't go to the 17's game, so don't know the 17's lineup.

  16. Not aware of Andrew Shinnie being on Rangers books. At youth level it is probably a regular occurence, we had the Jacobs triplets a few years ago. Kyle is now at QOTS and Devon is at Berwick Rangers, Sheldon is no longer in the senior game. A while ago we had David and Scott Young, Scott went on to play for and manage Glentoran. Currently we have twins in the U13's, Kelsey and Harvey Ewan. Goalkeepers Nicky (U16's) and Jay (U14's) Hogarth And of course we have brothers Adedapo Awokoya-Mebude (U17's) and Adedire Awokoya-Mebude (U13's)

  19. Last night's centre backs were both 17 and have limited experience at Under 20's. In what was a very scrappy game we were a bit shaky defensively. Where as they both have potential neither are close to being ready for the first team. In saying that, from what I have seen so far both are better options that the player on loan from Raith Rovers. What he does have over them is physical stature.

  22. As far as I'm aware only 4 came in on deadline day. Myles Beerman has been described as a full-back, but when he played in a game for Rangers last season he played as a winger, he is 17. Ursene Mouanda is a holding midfield player ( what Warburton would call a No 4), not tall enough to play centre back. Just been signed from a Boys Club, only contracted till January so basically on an extended trial, he is 18 Serge Atakayi is a winger/striker and is only 17. Amin Abaradan is a striker and is 19. Intially listed as Amin Bouzaig, been in formed Bouzaig is his middle name.
  23. I liked Luca, but have to say that Dom Ball looked on another level and was six months younger, so my answer would have to be no.
  24. As I have stated on here before, we have TWO Under 20's players on our books. We have a handful of over age players out on loan NONE of them are centre backs. This is a result of the Sinky regime and it will take a bit of time to recover. Our centre backs at youth level are 17 and 18 year olds. In recent games we have used Matt Crooks and a over age play who couldn't get in the Raith Rovers team. Ross McCrorie would be the oldest and where he has great potential anyone who has seen him will know he is no towering centre back.
