I was at the game and heard zero booing. Plenty enthusiastic cheers from bears around me and even a chorus of "One Lee Wallace". Our club will forever contribute players to the Scottish National team long after the clowns at the SFA are gone. This is our country. Some people need to stop feeling like bully victims. Get along and support our players against any abuse you think they might face. Of which I witnessed zero last night. WATP

Crooks might well play a box to box in those games. Think he got something like 8 goals last season? Although Barton does like to get around the pitch aswell so I'm sure Crooks sitting in DM would allow more freedom for that. I'll leave the tactics to the Magic Hat.

Might not be too significant but interesting to see on the Rangers site its self he is already listed as a defender... Personally I can see it being a similar situation as Dom Ball last season. Play CB at times but in the bigger games step into that DM role. http://rangers.co.uk/teams/first-team/#

From what I've seen so far he looks like he has a lot of potential. A few times he's lost his man so well that he's had almost too much time on the ball and with perhaps a bit of nerves (new team, big expectations) hasn't kept his composure and played a cross straight to the opposition keeper or the first defender. I think once he's bedded in a bit and gets some training under Warburton he'll be a much bigger threat and could really turn out to be a gem of a buy. Time will tell though.

Easily my favourite player in a very good Rangers side. His vision and passing ability have been a joy to watch not to mention his bursts of pace leaving full backs for dead. Still plenty to learn but for me I couldn't put a price on the boy. How can you buy Barrie McKay?

Windass retweeted this video so I gave it a watch. Actually reminds me of Waghorn with some of his play off the wing. Definitely an unselfish player with an eye for goal aswell.

I imagine these 4 games will replace any friendlies next season with them being so early in July Season after that it doesn't appear to affect us much if we finish top 4 which would be expected.

As mentioned before, watch the press conference. How people aren't used to the press twisting stuff yet is beyond me. Wes has represented the club well in conferences, as is expected of any player lucky enough to pull on the jersey.

I think Waggy is best suited in that Hulk (Brazil not Marvel) type role. Big powerful unit cutting in off the right and striking it with a powerful left foot. Think he does it quite well. Unfortunately I think wee Barrie also operates best when out on the right and I like seeing both in the team. Hes done well out on the left aswell but then Oduwa gets dropped. Not bad problems to have mind you.

McCulloch the defender: Stuff of nightmares. McCulloch the midfielder: Possibly even worse. McCulloch the striker: Actually scored some surprisingly memorable goals. McCulloch the coach: Not able to judge. Some of the best coaches who were previously players weren't the best on the pitch (and vice versa with recent head coaches in mind). If Weir has seen his coaching side and believes he has a talent, same as Gary Locke must have, then I'll trust his judgement.

This does happen. I was at a basketball game in the emirates and got sent to park in Celtics parking. They even put a parking permit on the cars windows with a Celtic crest on it. Its a shame, I liked that car...
