Some of the best Ultra groups in Europe are that of small teams. They are playing shite football in shite leagues but still create a brilliant atmosphere every week. To a certain extent I think you are correct though as sadly it's a different mentality over here.

Join the CDL then and make a difference The CDL sadly packed it in months ago. I know two of their ex members, there is a rumor going about that they are starting up again. Whether it holds any truth another thing. Did they? They were actively recruiting at the end of last season for people to join them this season. Mustn't have had much interest. Aye they fell apart in-between the seasons and a few members left also, two ex members sit in our section just now but haven't joined the group. One or two other members went to TBO, the ones I have met from the CDL have been cracking lads. They never really got the recognition they deserved due to their location inside the stadium IMO.

You guys were fucking amazing on Tuesday night btw! Really wished I'd got a ticket for the BF area rather than the enclosure now! Being in that one little section and getting our whole group together is far better than the current set-up where we are spread out over a pretty large area, and too close the band to be heard sometimes. We'd love to move into that section permanantly but i doubt the club will ever allow it. BITC, I walked past the turnstile next to mines at the GR.. and I'm sure it must have been the GF lads and they was stewards and police searching there flag bags!! the stewards have just decided as their new "operation" that every banner needs a fire safety certificate and that flags with one pole are allowed but flags with two poles can be used as an offensive weapon very nearly didnt get in with the anti bank banners today as a group of polis and stewards stopped us at the turnstiles and demanded that everything be searched, like we were feckin terrorists ffs luckily there are some good stewards and once we were in everything turned out well. but just the general confusion of whats allowed and whats not is enough to drive you insane they change their mind every week We have a guy that sits in our section every few weeks because he stays in Aberdeen; The stewards went through his wifes bag and said they may have to take her bottle of perfume off her. He said it was £60 a bottle and asked for a receipt and they were welcome to it.
