  1. This Sunday Rangers face Motherwell in the semi-final of the Co-Operative Insurance Cup. A win gives us our first chance of silverware this season and the team need our support more than ever. And so we, The Blue Order and Union Bears, have decided to organise a group-up in the West Stand, hopefully front and centre, in order to create as much an atmosphere as possible in support of the team. And we urge all fans wanting to make a change to join us. Many of you will have seen the impact both groups have made in previous years at Hampden, from the magnificent displays in the final of this competition in the previous two years, to the group-up at this stage of the competition last season. And of course the Youth Cup Final. If you've ever considered joining either group then this is your chance to sample what it's like and to help us move forward. We'll most likely be congregating on the concourse at the back and subsequently moving into the stand as one. Lets make Hampden rock like it did in the good old days! If you have any questions feel free to PM myself or any other group member on here and we'll be happy to help. Yours in Rangers The Blue Order and Union Bears.
  2. I hate threads like these. People outwith both groups taking sides and arguing over which group is better. All the while the guys actually involved in the groups have no desire for such pointless debates We all have a healthy respect for each other, guys in both groups and many of us drink together and are mates away from Rangers. We know all about the difficulties each other face at Ibrox, something that punters outside of the groups are not clued up on. I'll be honest, if i was a UB member i'd have chucked it by now, i couldn't put up with that hassle every week. So i have the utmost admiration for the lads for continuing to fight on. We do have it much easier in the Broomie, but that is due to years of hard work and dedication. The UBs are young, they can make it happen with the same effort. Fans outwith the groups need to stop comparing us, moaning about some of the songs we sing and instead just support us. How anyone can look at that mob at Celtc and not want to better than them is beyond me.
  3. Good for me, means a longer swally session after the game.
  4. I don't think there is any bickering mate, all discussion between the groups have been constructive. The majority of us are all mates at the end of the day. The club aren't ever going to set aside another area of the ground for fans who want to create an atmosphere, simply because they already see us as having one, BF4 and 5. Their argument is that it's not their fault that some fans don't want to be part of that section. I'm all for unity but unless either group is willing to completely lose their identity then there will be non unfortunately.
  5. Mate, i'll be perfectly honest with you here, but for a group with a supposed "Ultras mentality" you really don't cover yourselves in glory with constant moaning about stewards, punters behind you, fire certificates etc etc. Ultras groups by their very nature don't let things like that get in their way of showing their vocal and material support for their club, in fact they rise to such challenges. It seems very much to me, and always has, that the UBs are quite happy to accept their reputation as being more extreme than TBO, and constantly remind everyone of it, yet aren't really prepared to go the extra mile in order to justify it. That's not just a cheap dig mate, you know me well enough to know it's not my style. It's a justified opinion which i have built-up over the last year or so. All i see on the messageboards when the subject of fans groups come up is how TBO are the PC fans' group who are in bed with the club and only go to the game to sing. Well i know that to be absolute nonsense, and anyone who sits in or around our section will too. We've done more actions than any other group in Scotland with the obvious exception of those cunts across the city, we've built up a section over the years which now contains many young, enthusiastic lads willing to go the extra mile on matchday, backed by older heads with plenty of experience. It has imo, far in a way more of the building blocks of an Ultras group than the UBs do, and i genuinely mean that. Not that an Ultras group will ever exist at Ibrox, simply because there are not enough with the real desire to make it happen. And this is coming from me, someone who is best mates with many of the guys in your group.
  6. RM wishes all it's members a very happy Christmas
  7. The guy who was convicted of singing the famine song was actually up on a number of other offences that day, which made up the charge sheet. They only threw the famine song in to add weight to the case as it was a hot topic at the time. In saying that, if you are caught saying Fenian they will slap a sectarian breach of peace charge on you, as it is almost impossible to overturn and they don't have to give specific details as to what you said. They've abused this to convict innocent Bears on many occasions.
  8. It was after it was "banned" so everyone was aware it wasn't to be sung. That's your perception, pretty fucking loud from where i was.
  9. You've been claiming TBB being banned is a fact, no?
  10. Of course mate. The delegate must have been in the toilet then too.
  11. Well you seem to have an answer to everything else, so why not just make something up and call it a fact again?
  12. On an individual basis they spend more money than those who only attend home games. That is rather obvious, no?
  13. TWB, did you not hear the whole of Ibrox (bar a few morons) sing it on numerous occasions both this season and last? I would call that a majority.
  14. All from media outlets, not an official quote amongst it. If it is banned by UEFA then why were we not punished for singing it in Valencia? Make no mistake the delegate would have heard it.
  15. These "certain supporters" is nearly the Rangers support. Why are you regurgitating official lines used by the club? Have you no views or rhetoric of your own?
  16. Using the Daily Retard as evidence! You astound me in your efforts to prove that Rangers fans are bad and our songs have been banned. Now if you put such effort into supporting the team then Ibrox might not be a morgue...
  17. You don't prove a negative! You haven't got evidence to prove it was!
  18. The support are more important to Rangers than the spineless individuals within. They should be listening to what WE want, not the other way around. And the majority in our support are sick of being victimised for singing songs which have been part of our history for generations. With no backing from those we financially keep afloat, and who in turn twist the knife further. You better believe it is a "Fuck You" attitude. Because we are scunnered with the years of abuse us supporters have unjustly taken from the catholic, republican sections of our media, without a voice. And all the while Murray, Bain, Johnston et al allow it to go ahead. And you want us to respect their wishes. Fuck that!
  19. But they contribute the most money and time to the club.
  20. You are a minority. FACT. The SPL have no interest in punishing clubs for singing. FACT. The club's image is only seen as negative by our enemies and no amount of appeasement will affect that. FACT.
  21. I've not once tried to be reasonable, nor will i. I'll stick to stating the facts and you can work on your reasoning skills, seeing as you care so deeply about it.
  22. The only people who see Rangers in a bad light are those who want to, our enemies. Why anyone would wish to appease them is beyond me entirely.
  23. Reasonable debate? You've not said one reasonable thing in this thread, nor do you ever. You're right, doing that would be stupid. Because guys like you are a small minority, especially amongst the away support. The SPL won't bat an eyelid never mind punish us, and you know that. You're only goal here is to appear as some kind of righteous fan whilst portraying the rest as being damaging to the club.
