  1. You said...''Rangers might be better signing me'' it came across like Rangers are not you team ????????? Sirens !!!! Your arrogance, sir, is superceded only by your ignorance. I have no further desire to converse with you. Goodbye.
  2. On second thoughts, FISH, Rangers might be better signing me, Mr Dawson just displayed his ineptitude once again. (header)
  3. Ah!!! been looking at a different Dawson fae me...loses his man too often What does that actually mean ? It means he watches the ball as it is played into the six-yard box, moves toward it, thus leaving the opposition player he is supposed to be marking unmarked. Said opposition player then proceeds to put aforementioned ball in Spurs net. Very basic stuff, really. "Loses" - verb - to misplace, be unable to find. Well in that case I think we should sign you :pipeguy: Mr FISH, thank you for your vote of confidence in my ability to fill the role of central defender for Rangers FC. However, on this occasion I must, somewhat reluctantly, turn down your offer for one or two good reasons which I shall set out forthwith: 1. I am some 5 weeks short of my 60th birthday, and find I can only play 45mins of first-class football before beginning to breathe rather heavily and to perspire. 2. I doubt if the salary would be commensurate with my desires (I notice you didn't mention a figure). Much as I would love to play for Rangers for nothing, one has certain financial obligations to meet. 3. I am a full-back.
  4. Fit King? Fit king are ye speakin' aboot? We hinna got a King, we hiv got a queen, bit she's a bittie auld for the fitba noo. Fit King, must be William, Charlie's gettin' on as weel.
  5. Think I'll watch the Spurs game on STV (header)

  7. Up to Mojo: Catholics who played for Rangers Archie 'Punch' Kyle 1904 - 1908 Willie Kivlichan 1906 - 1907 Colin Mainds 1906 - 1907 Tom Murray 1907 - 1908 Pat Lafferty 1886 (before Celtic existed) Tom Dunbar 1891 - 1892 J Tutty 1899 - 1900 William Brown 1912 Joe Donnachie c.1914 - 1918 John Jackson 1917 Laurie Blyth 1951 - 1952 Don Kichenbrand 1955 - 1956 Hugh O'Neill 1976 John Spencer 1984 Mo Johnston
  8. Sounds like Mpenza's agent is using us to push Man City into making an offer, and he seems to have gone backward in the last couple of years.
  9. Dawson loses his man too often for my liking, but he's playing for a Premiership club so he MUST be good
  10. So Bayern Munich coming from 0-3 against Real and 1-2 against AC doesn't impress you? And you didn't answer my question last night - why can't there be two teams from the same country in the UEFA Cup final?
  11. Squash ball? It must have been in Porrini's clenched fist at the time it struck him, then <_<
  12. Oleg Kuznetsov was a class act, just unlucky with injury. And he was signed by Souness.
  13. Another lurch towards second spot. This shambles is going to take a LOT of fixing.
  14. Mr Smith wasn't noted for his prudent housekeeping in his previous tenure at Ibrox.
  15. Not so much deeming him a failure as surplus to requirements. However I don't think he can make the step up from Hibs to the OF, but that's just my opinion.
