  1. I respect your views that you believe there is no place for religion and politics in football but can you answer my question I asked you in the forum about the sheer hypocrisy shown by a political party intent of punishing football fans for sectarian singing etc but then holding a publicity stunt in a govan pub well known for promoting sectarianism?

Yep sitting in ibrox car park - enjoy the game - at least you have thought through your politics - there are folks on the forum who vote for whom they think they should because of the club we support and that is just brain dead!

Iceland jailed the bankers that caused the recession - we gave them night hoods - we have the education secretary saying only yesterday that teachers have a moral obligation to teach and should not be moaning about wages despite it taking about £70k of debt to become a teacher - also you've fallen into the trap of thinking the indendence debate is about the snp - it's not it's about independence - they just happen to be a party that is running with that ball - if Scottish labour picked up that ball and thought for thems elves instead of being driven by a centralised Union agenda they would win a lot of seats - smaller is better imho - btw I see isbourne - a man who has missed every fiscal target he has set needs to reset the targets yet again and have more cuts!

I'm not a big fan of the conservative government (and Labour has just become mini-con IMHO) - They look after the rich and the corporations rather than the masses - its things like free tuition at University, free bus passes and other stuff that I admire about the SNP - but basically I dont think bigger is better and the more 'locally' we can govern the better. I at least think the SNP govern with MPs/MSPs that are not overly priviliged wheras the current Westminster lot are all from secluded, wealth backgrounds and have no clue what a 'working man (person)' is.

And none of that has anything to do with Rangers - which is why I am on the board - why we are all on the board and the main point I make is why bring politics (or religion) int it at all.

      Debate as individuals - certainly!

Statement by  a Rangers Fand Group - Never

Bear Den - agreed - no - RM - again OT as individuals possibly.

I note that no one has bothered to wait for a reply before comdemnation either !

Perhaps their next meeting will be in the Louden!

If hypocrisy was a crime - all politicians would be guilty - as would 99% of the posters on RM!

Not every law is a good one - the football ones are a shambles - but then so is our (UK) policy on trident, our hyocrisy towards China, and Saudia Arabia - our taxation of the poor while corporations pay fuck all, the hounding of the weak and infirm by the DWP and all of these are worthy of comment / debate - but NOT by the RST and NOT in the Bears Den!
