I'm sure we will be seeing lots of posts about him given our monumental achievement but wanted to share my own gratitude towards this guy.
Some may remember my painting to commemorate 55 and that it ended up in the great man's hands and was also hung on the wall by the man himself and now has residence at the training centre......here's the picture of the gaffer with my painting.
Still pinching myself tbh.

Than this guy does.
Been here through some of the lowest of the lows and now gets to experience the highest of highs.
People argued for years about whether he was good enough or not, but he overcame the doubts, stepped up when it mattered the most and will now be remembered as the man who captained us to one of our most important title wins forever.

When asked about his achievements as a manager and a player SG always leads onto his team and individuals in it. Praises them and shines the spotlight on them.
Imagine how players like Jack and Aribo feel when a footballing icon praises them for the world to hear. They must feel 10 foot tall. 
He is not driven by ego, fame or money. Stevie is driven by the glory of winning and constantly improving. Just like our support.
So lucky to have a manager that truly gets us at long last  
 
 

Not really a matter of low risk or whatever. Our recruitment dept will look at his numbers, style and temperament and decide if he fits the bill, as with Wright. The likes of Wright and Kamara suggest we should trust them in that.

And cue the usual arguments we saw with Wright, who has turned out to be ok hasn't he? 
These signings are so low risk as @Creampuff says why not hoover up the Scottish talent?

A 4-1 trouncing of the tarriers, roofe gets a fantastic double, morelos terrorises them, megs brown for his goal, kent ripping them apart all game, davis strutting about with a big fat cuban cigar in his gub, defoe sending Walsh down paisley road west for the 4th
But one man again arguably the turning point in the game was shaggers save right before we took the lead, once again the game finely balanced and he keeps us level, giving us the platform to go on and scud them, 
For me he is the POTY, all season he has produced stuff like today, might only be one save in a game, but its usually important and gives us confidence to go on and win games

Hopefully they remain a shambles, if the truth be told that shambles has outplayed us 3 times this season, I honestly didn’t see the wonderful performance Gerrard did last weekend , I wanted us to humiliate them like they would us with a 20 point gap , they could have easily won the last 3 games and it was a miracle they didn’t in the new year tie at ibrox 

The league was the priority, it’s not even a debate - even factoring in the Cup defeats it’s been a well above expected season, struggle to take anyone seriously who even attempts to say other than that TBH.

Goldson - quietly going about his business - defence has been awesome, he’s scored important goals, his leadership on the park has become very evident, and his record of playing every game is phenomenal. 
shagger, Davis, Tav, Kent all up there but Goldson is mr consistency!
