Character like that, and the determination to win against a team of jobbers playing 11 behind the ball, is what wins leagues.
See for all the people at half time calling us bottlers, shitebags etc. that result today shows why you shouldn't shoot your load with negative shite until 90 minutes. A few notable high posters should be ashamed of the pish they were coming out with.
We were patient, and didn't ever give up.
    Superb, Rangers. More please.

I wish some people would take a think to themselves before they phone these shows with their self entitled views. That mob at the other end of the city lap this shite up and we should leave it for us to laugh at them going through their turmoils. There was a guy called the Rangers Radio show last night, A Robert I think and he was off the scale, sounded a bit like Joe Pasquale. You just know the earl Haig's will have recordings of this banger being passed among their various forums today. We are all entitled to our views but ffs let's not feed these nuggets with gifts of over reactions. It was one defeat! The league is still the No1 target.

Funny as fuck the last couple of weeks. Will be a different story if I tune in tonight...

How come when I brought this up, evercunt just slagged the state of the woman's game, but this ends up a fucking pinned thread?

Bunch of wee hypicrioctal fannies that rather than banned together and support our team, mens, woman s and children's hit out with a load of pish just based on whomever the OP has been done by.

I'm sure you all know who I'm talking about...

Nice one @GabrielTomato this definitely is a worthy pinned thread (but where is the mens and boys ?(not a dig at you GT, impressed you got this pinned)

Glasgow City got to the Semi final of the champions league last season and we have invested (relatively) heavily on our Women's side. Might take a season or two to click, but they're already looking sharp. Nicking 3 good Gtown city players is an obvious move which we pulled off and watching the highlights of that Motherwell game was quite good entertainment.  The lassie who papped in the hat trick on her Debut looks like a natural finisher, even with the MURDERwell team (my god they were hopeless) looking like a bunch of fat men playing Walking football.   Our team looked sharp playing  one two layoffs was quality considering that this is a brand new team. Could definitely see them win the league this year and do really well in the Champions league next season.
That big lanky lassie that plays as an old style number 10 doesn't look like an athlete, but she knows how to read and play the game and can also find the back of the net.
Only thing that I think is missing from the woman's game is a crunching tackle or two. I do agree that they aren't that great to watch, but they lassies wear the Rangers top so will always have my support and I will be stunned if they don't win anything this year.

I know they mhanks also went full time like our girls, but watching that Old Firm game the other week showed that they haven't invested properly,  I know they beat us, but we really should have beaten them. They got a lucky goal to win the game near the end (mhanks be mhanks) our girls looked a bit stage frightened no doubt cause of the live tv cameras and expectation but it was there first time so they get a pass from me. Once they get the confidence they will do well. I'm willing to bet my house on it.
    Anyway, no surrender Ladies. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It could of went either way, seen plenty yellows for that and not as much reds. The ref’s decision getting undermined will put pressure on that ref to act according to the selective” trial by media”.

We will just have to keep playing to a different standard than all the rest!

    Thanks.
It was a bad challenge But no more than a yellow imho.
  8. Bluepeter9 liked a post in a topic by SeparateEntityMyArse in SFA issue notice of complaint to Alfredo Morelos - tribunal
Its ambiguous but it seems the yellow was for Morelos jumping at Connelly. He's apparently not seen the elbow / forearm aspect when the CO has asked.
There's at least 4 precedents where yellow have been upgraded to red with the CO getting involved before this incident. But its unclear though seems the case that Morelos keeps his yellow but now also picks up a retrospective red and 2 match suspension.
We got lucky he didnt get a red at the time. Every part of the procedure that's followed lacks clarity, common sense, and consistency with numerous other examples this weekend and previously.

TBH they are pandering to a generation of snowflakes. What happened on the field of play stays on the field. We appear to be living in a generation of people who live to be offended, and want you to know that they are.
we won the game, we bagged the points, nobody was hurt physically, let’s move on.

Now I may have some of the facts here wrong but in Walters early days I remember the team going on a 33 game streak without losing - only to come crashing down to Dundee United at Ibrox - 0-3 at half time ( and final score) but guys were coming to blows in the bigs at half time cause Walter was shite! ( or not)
my point: all great streaks end but that won’t make us a bad team, any more than this period makes us a great team - silverware, in particular the league , that’s what counts! We can be confident but let’s not think anything is won yet - we need to stay strong!

Some peoples over confidence gives me the serious fear.
Long long way to go yet. I'll be a lot more confident if we are still in this position come end of January.

Loving the run we’re on and the football we’re playing but we’ve won zilch, some posters thinking the league is done and the remaining games merely a formality. Not saying we can’t enjoy what the teams doing but there’s a long way to go.

At the start of the season there was a lot of people hoping Rangers would get put out of Europe immediately so the team could concentrate on the league.  Well, has participating in Europe had an effect on our domestic form?  Nope.  Can we stop with those pish threads in the future please?  Rangers can compete on both fronts no problem.

To be the best we have to play the best - it can only be good for us, our ambition is not the Europa league every year but the Champions League every year. I have no real issue with it.

Last game against Benfica he was criticised for making subs, changing the flow of the game and losing two late goals, this time chose not to change flow of game with subs, loses two Late goals, and is criticised - man can’t win!
he’s doing fine and these things happen - imagine being gutted with two draws against Benfica! They are a real quality side and we matched them in every way.

They will be saying Rangers are the most difficult appointments they have faced. Two good teams. Benfica are not your run of the mill SPFL team.
