This all stems from a lack of leadership. Our club is just living in the short-term. No idea's apart from chucking money at a problem. Money we don't have. It's a revolving door.
Wasn't that long ago, Ally did an interview on RTV about his vision and philosophy. Completely sidestepped both questions. That in itself answers the question about holding us back.

A year ago we came out of admin. McCoist was getting paid 800k a year spending millions on wages to get out of this poxy league we are currently in.
The football is still shite and we are struggling against teams like Arbroath. But because our over paid team are winning and are currently 23 points clear of part time teams then thats ok.
Thats thinking is going to hold us back.
The mentality of some Rangers fans is, give him until next season if he fucks up then get rid of him.
When that does happen we will be further and further behind.

If he is adament on playing 2 defensive midfielders Whittaker and Wallace should be camped in the Hibs half.

What pathetic comments about McCoist? far as I know nobody is personally slating/attacking him. Were discussing the line up and discussing the possible negativity in our team. When the game starts everybody will be willing our team onto victory one way or the other.
Fleck is more on form than some of the first team players that are in the line up today. But hey, rule for one and another rule for another.
