McCall potentially cost us 2nd place yesterday with his poor tactical knowledge. Once he finally changed to a 3-5-2, we scored 2 goals in 5 minutes. Worryingly that's several times now where he has persisted with the 4-4-2 when a blind man could see it clearly wasn't working, but failed to alter it.

The teams been blamed and quite rightly so. However McCalls the main culprit for today's performance. We have a weak midfield pairing in a 4-4-2 and can be easily overrun by the opposition. We need 3 in the middle and have played well using a 3-5-2 formation. Zal going off at half time was the ideal opportunity to change it but unfortunately McCall missed his chance. A blind man could see that it wasnt working after the first 15 mins.

McCulloch is never a rangers captain and should be nowhere near the team.
