So frustrating that. Awful game management that from Motherwell who just kept dropping deeper and deeper and were happy to concede possession for half an hour. You still need to have a spell in possession and play the game in their half. Could see it coming a mile off. They would have actually caused them problems of their own if they hadn’t of shit themselves

He wouldn't have been there if the club hadn't invited him up.
Also let's not pretend the majority of the forum weren't delighted to see him and the prospect of him potentially replacing Gio.
People have some very short memories mate

Just not seeing it with him at all.
Very good assist and I like his forward thinking approach, but just don't think he's very good.
First half especially he was constantly giving it away.
Agreed, he’s playing well enough to hopefully recoup some money and see him get a move back to Turkey for example.
We’re still desperate for a good, consistent, starting left back.

I have been one of the biggest critics of mentality of this squad over years
lately though they have clawed back the gap , won a cup and delivered europa last 16
today was shite as ever getting beat off them but again I seen nothing to fear from that celtic team and I will be honest I don’t feel anywhere near as devastated as some other defeats off them . We need to back the manager in January and they are still there to be got at .
A poor second half start and a sending off stopped us getting a point today.
Sensible post mate. As much as we detest losing to that mob, the game could have been far different if we’d have taken huge chances. Our hands are tied a little with having to play with Dessers up front. He is more of a hindrance than a help.
it is only three points dropped and I’m confident that not only will we not lose to them again this season once the manager puts his stamp on the team but we’ll actually run out league winners as well.
-
Annoyingly they’re fucking shite. Score the massive chances we have in the first half and the game is completely different.

Brilliant second half. It was long coming they couldn’t contain us

No one is leaving. Its Zeb Jacobs old role. What exactly that is I don't know.
Essentially someone to coach the coaches and make sure everything that is being delivered is aligned with academy philosophy and underpinned by the way the academy wants to develop players (Head of Coaching was the previous job title). Was lucky enough to spend some time with the academy at Auchenhowie last year for three on a study visit and I have to say I was really impressed with what I witnessed and I work for a well established Cat 1 English academy. Zeb is a really impressive bloke.

Cannot believe it’s taken Chelsea that long to get a ball in behind and with a runner when there is that much space in behind. Comedy
To make matters worse Dier is on of the CBs, slower than a week in jail.

Pish, shitebag and a massive part of a team that has got accustomed to a losing mentality. Out the door ASAP hopefully along with others

As I said in the match thread before a ball was kicked. Borderline unforgivable from Davis for starting this imposter. A real chance to stamp his authority on it. Unbelievable decision

Absolutely incredible that Davis’ first team selection includes Dessers

Folk looking way too much into his social media activity 😂
This. Can’t believe so many folk actually think the board would be this decisive. Not a chance he leaves this soon.

I can’t believe people actually think the board might sack him

Souttar being heralded about his start of the season literally a matter of days ago and now this pish. This place after a defeat man. I remember Davies not clearing a hall and then missing a header at their midden which led to a goal in an absolute pumping but suddenly that all gets forgotten about
-
No chance they sack him this early but I think we can all see that it’s a can that’s going to be kicked down the road.
-
My biggest concern with him is that despite him being lauded as a good coach and good tactician for me I don’t see what our plan is or what we are trying to do. That has been the case since the start of the season.
This celtic team were really coming into this game at a low ebb and we faced them at home and we’ve barely are their keeper work all game.

Shite attitude but when he could be arsed he was a brilliant player. Could do with a prime Kamara now in the midfield
He is actually a joy to watch at times. He could comfortably play in the premier league. Baffling how he kind of just fell off a cliff with us. Even Beale coming in didn’t give him a lease of life.

Good luck to him, cracking player and as i’ve said before, a lesson must be learned from Alfie, Kent and Kamara.
How do you mean mate? In terms of selling on for profit when they’re at the their peak? If so, couldn’t agree more mate the money that could have been brought in for those three compared to losing two on a free and maybe getting less than half of what we could have got for Kamara is a joke. Another failure that lies at Wilson’s door.

Context is everything. Gio averaged 2.2 points a game when he was sacked.
That equates to 84 points in a season (and we’d only played celtic once). In his first season he would have had 89 points.
The average winning points total over the past 7 seasons has been 96 (extrapolating the Covid season).
Beale since he has arrived has averaged 2.6/game. Which would be 97 over a season.
Gio had 2 seasons where we wouldn’t have got above 90 points. The board quite rightly thought that’s not enough to win the title consistently.
You can see the difference if Beale puts up 97 points and loses the title.
How does Beale’s win % stack up against Rangers managers through history?

OP is a cunt and so is anyone agreeing with him. Guy is a fucking hall of famer with stats that are quite literally remarkable. The fact he has one or two frailties is the exact reason we’ve been lucky enough to have him for so long because he’d be playing for a far superior team given his numbers and constant availability if he was as good defensively as he is going forward
