  1. Shows you how mental football is that another few defeats and he’ll probably be looking at getting the sack at QPR. A few weeks after turning down the premier league and the finances that go with it. Loyalty is admirable but you can bet your bottom dollar if they keep losing games they won’t have any loyalty to him. They’ve not won a game since.
  2. To be honest this period will be a really weird time to manage for all clubs. I would imagine they’ll all get some kind of time off and then be back in ready to go again. Keeping players ticking over with no game action to look forward to at the weekend is a really strange weekly structure, it’s just a really unusual set of circumstances. I think the issue has only come to light because we are so poor, what we really should be doing is finding a new manager and giving him the whole period to work with the players and get across his new ideas even amongst all the injuries.
  3. Says a lot about hearts that they’ve came to us in this makeshift state, pretty much in dire straits with how we are playing and they still couldn’t even fucking score.
  4. Getting to the point where even just seeing the teamsheet makes your stomach churn
  5. I can understand why some might be attracted to Gerrard again, especially when the pool of managers out there is pretty limited. It certainly wouldn’t be my choice but can I ask you are you not concerned that there’s clearly a connection between SG with Beale and SG without Beale? What about one trophy out of a possible 12? What about those poor spells before covid and just before he left? Genuine questions I’m just keen to know your take on.
  6. Btw see in the longer version of that video, the one from a distance, i’m fairly certain the boy refers to Glen Kamara as Chris Kamara! And i’m sure it’s all he’s probably thought about since 🤣
  7. I agree, I just wonder if there will be any traction in it depending on how it all plays out this week
  8. The WC is going to be a lovely bit of time for a new manager to get ideas across. Couldn’t have worked out better although league is probably done now anyway if we are being honest.
  9. Hassenhuttl more than likely to get the sack at Southampton this week after this result and guess who brought him in at Southampton….
  10. Doesn’t matter what any cunt says about him technically, he’s one of the first names on the teamsheet just now for a number of reasons and deservedly so.
  11. Had the pleasure of meeting Malky and Craig last week at the training ground. Two great guys, wish them nothing but the best. Great job they’re doing with the team.
  12. I only opted for Devine and Tillman. Absolutely nailed on that Morelos and Kent will be off btw, clearly end of the road for both players at the club.
  13. I tend to agree mate, hope the kid does well and don’t want to be too harsh but take the Aberdeen goal at the weekend - he’s been absolutely sent for a hot dog there but it wasn’t even a great but of skill it was just a chop back inside which a CB needs to be aware of from that tight angle. He misread it that much he wasn’t even in a position to recover on the second phase. There’s been a few examples now
  14. Not the first time we’ve seen stats like this and it’s absolutely criminal that we continue to be outworked. When we are inferior in terms of quality, we should definitely be trying to bridge that gap by outrunning opponents especially at Ibrox. Yet another massive failing by the management team and players.
  15. He’s got quite a languid style which makes him look like he doesn’t give a fuck at times and does him no favours but I think that’s just his style. Clearly a very good footballer.
  16. He’s a bit speed boat no driver at times but can’t help but like him, thought he was great today. Scales kept showing him the line and at times he wasn’t taking it and I kept thinking just knock it past him and run and you’ll do him every time. He’s actually one of the only players getting bums off seats at the moment
  17. Could be an interesting insight into his thoughts on a new club and any possible change in his philosophy. Would hope they’d ask him those kind of questions.
  18. Maybe so, my honest opinion is he just isn’t going to curry much favour at board room level when those conversations are taking place about new managers. Just took a look at what clubs have became available since April, lots of them!
  19. Sean Dyche managed Burnley in the premier league for a very long time and never once moved their style on in all of that period despite them claiming all of the riches the premier league has to offer. That would be a huge alarm bell for me. He’s been out of work 6 months, if he’s that good a manager why is he not back in work yet?
  20. I’m not being condescending at all Frank, I’m just calling you out for talking utter pish and then not being able to back it up.
  21. The fact you actually believe that you can only play a certain way if you have a smaller budget than others shows you up as not being much of a football fan Frank, to be quite honest.
  22. You have made a cunt of it, I’ve just given you clear examples of how budget does not define your style of play and now you can no longer debate it.
