No, they send you the box through email attachment, just print it onto cardboard. Don't double side print or you'll get box on the inside of the box and not just the outside.

Who is Martha? I picked up a violin on my travels, and noted it was a quest item as I can't sell it or anything but ain't got a clue as to what to do with it? Ahhh, I found Martha by accident and need to find said violin! If you want, I can check where her wee house is and you can complete the mission? Or I can give you a clue, eg, north of whichever metro station or settlement its near. Or you could check gamespy. PS, stumbled onto the vault manufacturer building when I was pottering around the metro system, got locations of all the other vaults. RESULT, Vault poon for this young scientist, need to get my leopard print jammies on for it. i was in vault 106 last night and it crashed i would keep away from vault 87 world of pain I'm going to 87 tomorrow then! I found it, but I accidentally punched a wee burd in the chops and they all chased me. Sadly, it autosaved then so it looks like I'm going to have to start again! Try hiding round corners when attacking folk, wait til they come round, pop a cap in their asses and then go into VATS mode. Dont attack the goodies tho!

Somehow, I managed to miss the flame ants challenge first time around. I ran out of ammo, and am now hiding upstairs waiting on them to follow me up where I then hack them to bits with a chinese sword. Scary!

I seemed to use an awful lot of health packs when I played first time around, so much so that shops sold out when I was there. Do the health packs regenerate? or are there set amounts at each place?

It was total madness offering him 10k a week. If a player is already lazy, give him some incentives for crying out loud. 3k basic with bonuses would have seen him fulfil his early potential.
