I am begining to have a real problem with all this youth stuff this MB is obsessed with. If we had a group of arsenalesque youngsters sitting in the wings then it's a realistic debate but i just can't see who should eb coming in and who we are dropping ? Where do we start mate. Drop Ferguson because he's having a mare, move Davis into the middle and get Aaron out on the right wing. We've not got a left winger because Adam is shite and Smith can't use Beasley right - get Fleck in there between the midfield and attack. We've got a poor centre-back playing right back in the shape of Broadfoot and we've sent our best natural right back, Jordan McMillan, out on loan to Hamilton. I'll never understand why. There's the three best youngsters we currently have, easily slotted into the team but I agree that it probably won't happen while Ferguson's picking himself every week. Take a step back from first team starters when you are talking about youth. Hows about players like Wilson, Fleck ,Aaron, Mcmillan, Furman providing the back up to the first team instead of players like dailly, mcculloch, adam, edu, Velicka.

I know several businessmen, who all attend the hospitality sections of Ibrox every game, and travel to all European trips with the official club party. None of them, and i mean none of them are willing to put a penny into Rangers with Murray in charge, and that is straight from the horses mouth.

A share issue in the current climate is going to have a very poor uptake so i don't think it is worthwhile at all. Hows about having a policy where by we use youth players as backups rather paying wages and transfer fees for players to sit on the bench. Is it just me or does everyone get excited when Fleck gets the ball. Whenever i have seen him, whether it be for the first team or reserves, theres always an excitement, probably because he turns and goes at defenders.

You could at least show some respect for the Rangers manager. <_< Aaron hasn't earned a starting place yet.....he's been distinctly average in the majority of his reserve games. He was average but improved greatly in the last few games leading up to the break. I agree for him not to start as this will be a hard game tonight, especially if we don't get an early goal.
