  1. It seems Rangers are hated in Scotland by the majority of football fans.

Many question why this is the case.

I don't, because if you think of it logically it makes sense.

The 'immigrants' hate us for our traditions and history, not to mention our status as 'the most succesful club in Scotland and world record holders.

The diddy team's fans hate us because they believed we were too powerful or perhaps guilty of spending too much money.

Others are just jealous or want to bring us down out of spite, and the Aberdonians are just cunts.

The media attack us relentlessly to a point where even the most level-headed person can see that in Scotland it's 'all about the Rangers and only the Rangers' so any story will do,true or not.

As a born and bred Glaswegian and life long Gers supporter i grew up with intense hatred from 'immigrant' bastards and often wondered why they settled in a country they seemed to despise so much.

My opinion is that they see Scotland as a weak country to be conquered and converted to their backward ways, by working collectively to place 'immigrants' and their descendents into positions of power in influencial bodies.

The Glasgow City Council being the prime example.

Imposing their way of warped thinking and their own backward and peculiar religious bigotry seems to be their agenda, whilst continually playing the victim .

I forget exactly who said this but when someone famous was approached at a Hollywood party by a non-entity who told him 'i hate you', the Hollywood star replied 'i wouldn't have it any other way'.

As a Ted i take pride in those who hate us and wouldn't have it any other way.

I can also understand their jealously, and i pity them.

We are Scottish football and without us Scottish football is nothing.

  2. Exactly!

Those who berate Murray for sacking him should actually consider what happened that week. Although it is my opinion that Findlay was set up, he had to go, as he was one of the high rollers within Rangers who backed Murray's bid to drive out sectarianism. Rangers would have been a laughing stock, had we kept Findlay at that point.

Green would be a silly boy in not considering Findlay's return, however, as our official legal director. The coast is now clear for his return and as long as he does not fall foul to another setup, he should do wonders for us.

Mr Findlay was punished far more severely than those across the city caught singing worse songs. He would be a welcome addition now to Rangers, given his legal abilities and contacts. And fuck the traitor who took/sold the video.

  3. always had a soft spot for Burnley, probably because i played in a Burnley strip at Harmony Row.

Was the cheapest strip on offer (no offence).

It's nice that some English people appreciate Rangers for what we stand for.

    Welcome to the Rangers Family.

  4. that's a joke punishment.

Shout f***k the pope and get a prison sentence but intentionally leave a pub to go direct and record sectarian abuse, then post it on youtube?

    Slap on the wrist.

Andy probably wishes he'd decked him now and broke his nose, would have got off.

  5. Fareweel to a' our Scottish game,

    Fareweel it's ancient glory,

Fareweel ev'n to integrity and honour,

Sae fam'd in words of glory.

Now darkness reigns o'er games a fitba',

An' Regan rins taewards damnation ,

To mark where Liewell's province stands-

Such a parcel of rogues in a

    nation!

What force or guile could not

    subdue,

    Thro' many wondrous ages,

Is wrought now by a coward few,

    For hireling traitor's wages.

    The punishments we could disdain,

    Secure in valour's station,

But Liewell's gold has been our bane-

Such a parcel of rogues in a

    nation!

O would, or I had seen the day that treason thus might sell us,

My auld grey head had lien in clay, Wi' Struth and loyal Wallace!

But pith and power, till my last hour,

I'll mak this declaration; We're bought and sold for

    Liewell's gold-

Such a parcel of rogues in a

    nation!

  6. we were all told that it was 12-12-18 or nothing,no plan B and that the new league set up was required to 'save the game'.

Now the SFA are clearly saying 'ok forget the 12-12-18 league set up but still implement the other 5 proposals, which makes no sense.

Unless you look for the Ace in the hole.

    One unified body.

Which will give them (the SPL/SPFL whatever) control over Rangers media rights.

If the league re-vamp was needed to increase revenue (through sponsorship/more fans/more meaningful games etc) to pay the extra money to Div1 teams then why is the SFA prepared to drop that so quickly?

Where is the money coming from then for increased payments to Div1 teams?

This whole debacle is now being shown for what it is,

an absolutely desperate attempt to get hold of Rangers media rights.

We'll never know what deal Doncaster and Liewell signed up to with Sky but i dont think anyone believes Rangers games were not included as part of the deal for this season and for the length of the contract.

Basically without Rangers games/media rights the SPL is fucked.

The fact that the SPL had to buy Rangers games from the SFL to keep Sky happy this season tells it's own story.

If Sky did not demand Rangers games as part of the deal then why did the SPL buy them?

The whole thing is so corrupt now that they don't even bother to hide it.

    A parcel of rogues,indeed.

    Fuck the lot of them.

  7. I had thought it was only this seaso as well, though according to this, and I know it's the rhebel, it's for 3 years

    http://www.dailyreco...rumpets-1427990

that's pretty clear then.Sure i recall Green saying he only agreed to a one year deal and was adamant that the SPL wouldn't get them again next season.Whatever's going on with our tv rights, there has to be more to the reaction of that vote yesterday.Milne looked shell-shocked.

  8. did we not have to agree to sell our games to the SPL as part of a deal to get a licence?

I thought it was only for one season and the SFL were paid around 1 million for them.

If so, what's to stop Rangers from paying the SFL a similar amount to 'buy back' our tv rights each season then market them ourselves?

  9. i can't see Sky being interested in the SPL as it stands.

A one horse race for another two seasons and no old firm games.

So the only thing they could offer Sky for next season was a revamp of the other leagues to create some excitement and interest.

Now they've got to say to Sky sorry all we've got is the same one-horse race again.

    Who wants to watch that?

  10. I'm not that clued up on it all but as far as i'm aware the Sevco 5088 deal was totally dependant on a CVA being reached and when it was blocked by HMRC the deal was dead and Sevco 5088 became a dead company.

So CG then bought Rangers and it's assets directly through Sevco Scotland.

The 'news' that Whyte may have been connected in some way to Sevco 5088 isn't a total shock to me,if true.

I was suspicious of why a toerag like Whyte would just hand over his shares for £1 and walk away.

Facts are all that matters and what-ifs,could-have-beens and plain shit stirring by 'investigative journalists' who couldn't find their own arsehole with both hands are irrelevant to me.

I know one thing,if Whyte had been offered the deal (blackmailed) into giving up 5 titles he most likely would have said ok.

Green didn't bow to the blackmail.

That's good enough for me until the club tells me different about Green, not the Daily Rhebel or that disgusting rag The Sun.

  11. Probably get pelters for suggesting this but fuck it seen enough rumours about our club in the last week to last me a lifetime.

I don't know about other Bears no here (that's bound to get a caravan dweller reply) but i'm sick of looking in the 'Bear's Den' for good news and seeing yet another piss poor thread about some cnt getting a text or a twitter/facebook notification by his best friend or reading it on some Scum site.

Keep the rumour shite to one thread or not at all.

Laugh if you want but there were times last year when i couldn't sleep at night for worrying if our club would even survive.

It's time to get these tai..fenia...cnt threads all in one place then we can get back to talking about Rangers and football.

  12. well done op.I posted a similar thread in answer to Mr Gow's blog.

All I know is that when it came to crunch time all the so called Rangers men fkn disappeared.

All these 'Rangers men' with untold millions between them and their pledges that they would never let Rangers die,sat back and did fck all until the CVA collapsed then they were, and probably still are, kicking themselves at missing out on the bargain of the Centuary.

My only agenda is to see our club back where it belongs.

Green stepped forward when no one else would.

My dad met him shopping in Asda (Helen St) and had a long chat with him about who's behind all the shit directed att him and our club.

All he said was 'he knows'.

Call me a mug or a fantasist but when you see the CEO of one of the biggest football clubs in the world shopping in Asda, you know the man is the real deal.

    NO SURRENDER CHARLIE GREEN!

  13. 'Charles Green has proved

    more trouble than good for

    Rangers'

Title of his latest on ESPN.

    Won't post link.

It's an incredible title for the man who stepped forward (regardless of any selfish reasons) when no one else would,to save our cub from ceasing to exist.

Kennedy,Murray et al all talked a good game but when push came to shove Green and his consortium were the only ones who put their money up and were willing to take a chance.

I have a lot of respect for Mr Gow but can't understand his loss of memory here about how close we came to non-existence.

Green has shown he can be a bit of big mouth and the jury is still out in some respects but ffks he has bought back the Albion,Edminston House, put in new screens, raised over £22 million in a share issue and got us a new sponsorship deals.

But more importantly he turned down the agreement to only demote us to Div 1 if he signed away 5 titles.

He refused quite rightly but he still deserves credit for his past and continued stance against the corrupt cabal running Scottish Football.

People are now doing to him what we complained about, guilty without a fair trial.

Actions speak louder than words and I've seen nothing in CGs actions towards Rangers that are cause for alarm.

Judge the man by his actions not his words.

  14. If Rangers supporters can't or are unwilling to make the obvious connection between all these recent attacks on our club then they must be living in a different world from me.

There are no coincidences when it comes to us,forces are at work to undermine our recovery and CG.

I'm not given to paranoia but this relentless media assault in recent days is an obvious concerted attack.

They are running scared because they know when we get back to the top we will be in an even stronger financial position than we were before we were shafted.

The recent Business Collective scheme being initiated by Rangers and the expansion of our media, merchandising, sponsorship incomes has one team in Scotland shitting themselves.

They have seen our fan power and the worldwide interest to know that when it comes to Scottish football there is only one team everyone is interested in.

    The Teddy Bears.

  15. It all seems to be doom and gloom on every thread here and i for one would like to see a thread where we can still have a laugh or marvel at some of the weird things about football related stuff.

If there's already a thread i've missed then delete.

I'll start with two 'true stories'.

The first being the death of the owl mascott that was kicked by a player of the opposing team when it landed on the pitch.

Not funny in itself but the player's reason for doing it seems so.

"I wanted to see if it would fly".

Er ..its an owl you idiot of course it can fly.

A friend of mine who's friend once trained with

C****c told him that at one time they were so hard up they had to use second hand gear.

At the time C****c were staring liquidation in the face and their only hope was a little Canadian guy in a bunnet.

One day the young guy was training and the Canadian in the bunnet was watching.

As he ran round the pitch the sole of his trainer became detached and was flapping about.

Not having any spares he continued to train in them.

The man in the bunnet noticed the young guys predicament and called him over.

As he walked over, sole flapping, the man in the bunnet pulled out a large wad of notes and said to the lad, "you can't go around like that son, this is C****c you're training with" and proceeded to hand him the elastic band that had held is money together.

  16. I might be wrong about this but I was sure Sevco 5088 came to an agreement with D&P to buy Rangers dependant on a CVA being agreed.

When it was rejected then all previous bets were off so to speak and Sevco Scotland purchased Rangers and its assets directly with no legal connection the the prior proposed deal with Sevco 5088.

It does look like Whyte was involved in some way with Sevco 5088 but when the CVA failed its was a case of fair game in who bought Rangers and it's assets.

The only murky point i think is preferred bidder status and the money deposited for that status and did that put CG and his consortium in pole position to buy Rangers through Sevco Scotland.

Murray says he was duped by Whyte and Whyte says he was duped by Green.

As far as i'm concerned well done Green.

This agenda by the media against Green (though he does give them the ammo)

is clear when asking him about comments made god knows how many months ago.

Scottish football is in turmoil and no reporter has the balls to question Doncaster,Lawwell and Regan about the mess.

It's all bollox to stop the real liars being questioned.

I'm still waiting on a reporter to ask Lawwell about the Tour of Japan that stopped the league extension.

Make no mistake Rangers are under attack by the media again not Green.

Divide and conquer, target our season ticket holders seems to be the agenda now.

    GIRFU the lot of them.

  17. Go to fuck then, i'm sick of cunts like you just moaning for the sake of it. He tells the truth he's not scared of what people think thats good.

Thank fuck we have a guy who is not a shitebag.

spot on mate, for years we had a guy who told us nothing and let others walk all over us.

Charlie isn't perfect by a long way but he doesn't take any shit from anyone and keeps the fans up to date.

I trust the guy to do what's best for Rangers (and himself) and I can see great things ahead for us.

Maybe that's what scares some on here and in the media.

  18. I fail to see the offence in using a direct abbreviation for a nationality.

It's not like calling a Scot a Jock or an Irish guy a Paddy.

It's a simple abbreviation of Pakistani.

Probably would have been better if CG hand not said it yet there again it seems some people are determined to see racism in anything, and if enough people buy into it we start to cringe when someone uses a perfectly legitimate abbreviation, simply because it involves 'non whites'.

A few years ago an aide to the Mayor of Chicago used the word 'niggardly' in a budget speech.

Despite the fact that it's root is Scandanavian Old Norse and means miserly there was uproar after one person complained.

All everyone thought was 'it's got n***er in it so it must be racist'.

He had to resign from his job.

Going by some of the replies on this thread it's lucky CG didn't say niggardly.

As far as i'm concerned he has nothing to apologise for.Though it was naive of him.

I wonder if 'Hamilton Acci' would have been better.

  19. when i read this

    www.heraldscotland.com/news/home-news/spl-demands-legal-costs-for-rangers-tax-inquiry.20682454?

i thought April fool joke but no they're serious.

I can't believe the brass neck these cnts have got.

Hope it goes to court then we can tell them ok we'll pay you 500k out of the 1.5 million you owe us.

Liewell and his puppets have really lost the plot here and it smacks of financial desperation.

No wonder they want reconstruction next season,it's all about the Rangers pound.

Show us the Sky deal you bunch of shyster crook bastards.
