We’ve changed managers and there is still issues.
Two players are a consistent part of squads.
How can both survive what will be another cull.

Goldson, Barisic, Jack and sadly even Tav all need to be gone. A core that has been 2nd best for about 5 years, too many scars and a losing mentality that rubs off on our new players 

Watching Ryan Jack play football makes me want to claw my own eyes out and that would probably be a better experience

Your comparison is wrong though. You're looking at one single game that is only played 4 times a year. The average for an OF game is also between 500k to 1m based on the most recent figures here
TV companies aren't bidding on the viewing figures of 1 game, they are bidding based on the entire league and total viewing figures. 
200+ games at 220k viewers is drastically more valuable than 40 games at 300k.
The figure that is important is the total number of viewers across all games for the full season. The total number of viewers for the SPFL in 20/21 was 13m - the championship was something like 50m, so comparing revenue per viewer it's actually pretty much the same between the leagues with the SPFL's £150m 5 year deal and the Championships 5 year £595m deal - £2.31 per viewer vs £2.38 per viewer.
That's how tv companies decide on how much to spend. They have an acquisition cost they are willing to spend per user so if you divide down any Sky contract they will generally come to a similar per user amount. The same will apply in the Netherlands.

We badly lack a midfielder that's willing to take the ball in they situations as well.

Fuck sake Dessers needs to be more aware of his position there. 

Problem stems from the midfield for me. (And Beale needs to take some blame for not improving it).
We just don’t have good technical midfielders that can keep the ball under pressure, play on the turn, work and create angles with one another etc
And it’s the reason we have been and will continue to rely on our fullbacks to attack.
Where would our goals come from if we told Tav and Barasic to stay back?
Jack, Lundstrum, Cifu etc just aren’t good ball playing midfielders.
The midfield quality was night and day last night versus them.
It’s all well and good to talk about pressing. But you can’t press aggressively for 90 minutes if you never have the ball for a breather.
It’s also been the difference domestically. Hatate and McGregor are far better on the ball than ours. Thankfully Hatate has downed tools though.

He’s our best defender but let’s not kid ourselves here it says more about the others than it does about him.

It’s quite intangible because they are  basically still our two best player, but i just think we are stuck as a club as long as Goldson, Tavernier and Beale are leading us. Far too much scar tissue.
