Weiss has had his bad games, but you seem to be holding his inconsistency against him rather than accept that it's naturally a symptom of a player who plays that position. He played about 10 games for Bolton, mostly from the bench, and international football is a different animal from week in week out club football. Bringing Stokes into it is redundant considering he's actually been good for Celtic and well, bringing Barca into it is the football equivalent of Godwins law. Nonsense. He's a 20 year old boy getting his first taste of regular football in his career. He's been our most entertaining player this season and is leading the SPL assist chart ahead of far more experienced players (on 9). A consistent winger? How many of them are there in world football right now? Genuinely? Angel Di Maria, Arjen Robben, Gareth Bale? The good was always going to come with the bad with Weiss, and the good far outweighs the bad. He's been an excellent signing.
