He was the highest paid footballer in the World for a time, i seem to remember it was a BASIC of £27,000 plus a massive multi million pound signing on fee. I am close to several people who knew him growing up, and while he was an undoubted Celtic man, he did not have any sort of tattoos on his arm. Feel free to correct me on this, but Im pretty certain its not the case. -

This is true... Its not like he will be getting thrown in at the deep end. He has been a part of the club (post playing days) for 3 years. He has hopefully learned enough to win the league.

Im from Glasgow and believed it at the time...It wasnt til years later I learned the whole scarf/season ticket burning thing was a media set up. I personally thought it was a fantastic signing, Souness basically confirmed we ran the Scottish game with that one. I remember he used to have us go out at the piggery pre match and warm up in front of the Jungle, which at the time was seen as an act of arrogance...Who in the hell would have thought he would trump that by signing Mojo. -
