  1. Get this the fuck out of the bears den. Fuck the SPL and Celtic.
  2. Media are bastards. If they had to print every time Scottish footballers went boozing, they'd be more like a yellow pages than a news paper. Great advertising for Kilties though.

  10. I feel sorry for the 4 fans that turn up for them week in week out not getting a shiny new stadium. Oh wait no I don't.
  11. Yeah the one who scored against us. A quick google showed he was a freebie, his ratio is poor but looked good against us. Should we get the ban overturned I wouldn't mind a few of them added to our squad.

  15. EMMANUEL Emenike has got the backing of the Russian Players’ Union, OPSF over his sending off on Sunday for an alleged offensive gesture. In the 43rd round of matches in the Russian Championship, Spartak recorded a big 3-2 win away at champions Zenit Saint Petersburg with Emenike grabbing the equaliser for the scores to be 2-2 before he was dismissed out rightly in the 85th minute for his goal celebration. The referee termed the incident as an offensive gesture to the Zenit supporters. ''I saw nothing offensive in the gesture of the Nigerian striker of Spartak Moscow Emenike. We are going to side with the player in his case against the football authorities,'' said the press service of the chairman of the organization OPSF, Vagiz Hidiyatullin on the official website www.footballunion.ru. Emenike also has the support of his teammate, Diniyar Bilyaletdinov, who said on his Twitter account: ''I think that Emenike did not deserve the red card! I think it should be changed! It’s some sort of African gesture, doesn’t signify anything bad.' The Nigeria international, interviewed by the official website, said he was imitating the goal celebration of Cameroonian striker Samuel Eto'o in the Champions League final. The striker said he was stunned to be sent off for celebrating his goal “in a normal way”. He also told MTNFootball.com he did nothing wrong by his celebration to receive even a booking and so hopes the FA will revert the decision of the referee. "I was surprised by the referee's decision to send me off. I don't know why he sent me off because my celebration was normal,” Emenike explained. “Samuel Eto'o Fils did it before and nothing happened. It was just a celebration not to abuse anyone, I rubbed my elbow with other palm; it was done in front of my team fans and not opposing team fans. “I don't see any offence in that. I hope this will be upturned by FA." Spartak have since issued a statement credited to assistant coach Andrei Tikhonov that they will appeal the red card issued the striker. The Nigeria striker was earlier this season fined for what was regarded as an offensive gesture to the opposing fans in Russia.
  16. The Russian Football Union has refused to reduce the $17,000 fine imposed on FC Spartak Moscow striker Emmanuel Emenike for making an obscene gesture at fans he said had racially abused him, the organization said Friday. The Nigerian showed the middle finger to Dynamo Moscow fans during Spartak's 3-1 league victory last month. The fans had directed racist chants at him, Emenike said. "The complaint of FC Spartak Moscow will be left without satisfaction," the Appeals Committee said in a statement on the Russian Football Union website. After Emenike a 500,000 ruble ($17,000) fine and suspended ban for the season, Spartak said they wanted the fine reduced tenfold, saying that regulations specified a maximum punishment of 50,000 rubles for abusive behavior. Other players had escaped punishment for the same offense, Spartak said. “Earlier CSKA forward Seydou Doumbia and Anzhi Makhachkala defender Christopher Samba showed the opposing side fans an inappropriate gesture, but remained unpunished," the club said in a statement Monday “This means that the Ethics Committee violates the principles of the uniform application of regulations." Both Spartak and Dynamo were fined for their fans' misbehavior in the match, including abusive chanting and throwing missiles onto the pitch.
