  1. Deluded idiot.... From you, the forum arsehole! Anyone know this clown's real name or where he lives? I'd love to see him call me that to my face. Drop me a pm in confidence.......
  2. It will be an absolute crime if we fail to bring this boy to Ibrox.
  3. In the beginning I was regularly called a Taig on here..... ..... It's all part of the fun. I clearly remember handing laudrupforever his own arse for saying it. Wonder where he is now?..........
  4. I don't think McGregor's been as good this season.
  5. I'd take £8M for him if it meant Ally being given the money to strengthen the team. I'd bring in Kello of Hearts to compete with Alexander for the Goalie's jersey. No, neither of them are as good as McGregor but needs must. With Jelavic and Mcgregor gone we could then look at bringing in some really good players such as Sharp, Dorrans, Rhodes, and, to a lesser extent, Templeton. Jelavic and McGregor = £15M Dorrans, Rhodes, Sharp, Templeton and Kello = £11M Offload as much of the deadwood as possible including Weir, McCulloch, Kerkar, Wylde and Broadffoot, Ortiz and Bedoya {Fleck and Healy have won a reprieve since Saturday) So that's 9 out, 5 in, wage bill reduced, and a far better starting 11. Job's a good un.....
  6. I don't think we'll get anywhere near £10M for him and even if we did there's no way Ally will be getting half of it. I think we'll get around £7M for Jelavic and Ally will only receive around £1.5M of that. It's my opinion that McCoist should be given ALL of the transfer fee to give us a fighting chance of making it 4 in a row - sadly that's not going to happen. Players such as Rhodes, Sharp and Dorrans are exactly the type we should be looking to bring in. The 3 of them would produce the pace, flair and goals to make us a real force and drive us towards another title. Back in the real world I think we'll see a couple of loan signings at best. Hope I'm wrong.
  7. Wee Temp's twice the player Wylde is and I'd love us to sign him. I'd be surprised if his name's not on Ally's wish list.
  8. I'm afraid we don't! The loss of Naismith has hit us really hard and it's no coincidence that Jelavic and Davis have missed him more than most. I'm on record as saying I don't think we'll win the league this season and unless Whyte finally backs his manager with some serious cash then it will be over sooner than most of us think. We desperately need a minimum of 3 quality players to give us any chance of making it 4 in a row. Sadly, I can't see that happening with Whyte controlling the purse strings.
  9. To be honest I think it's the other way round, most people don't realise just how good he actually is! He'd run riot up here.
  10. At this time I can't add anything further unfortunately. I do know that Graham is doing all in his power to get to Rangers in January and I wouldn't rule out the "Homesick" card being played. The Dorrans' are expecting their first baby in June and they're both desperate to get back to Glasgow. If I was a betting man I'd say there's a very good chance we'll see him in a Rangers shirt sooner rather than later. I hope we do, he'd be a fantastic player for us. Will keep you all in the loop if I hear anything more.
  11. So sorry to hear this Alan. Your popularity on here is obviously a true reflection of the way your Dad brought you up and the many values instilled in you, not least, supporting his beloved Rangers. Thoughts with you and your family at this time. Blouie.
  12. I didn't think it was possible to be jealous of someone on an internet forum........ Dullards such as you and the discredited poster have ruined this place. What was once a great forum to hang out and share a few laughs with like minded bears is now a shitehole thanks to wee fannies like you. And for that reason.............. I'm out.
  13. Fair point but putting all the baggage to one side I don't think there's any doubt that O'Connor could do a job for us. Still, probably better off without him.
  14. So Ally took his son to training........
  15. Was talking to Mark in the Members Lounge tonight and without saying it outright he suggested that young Tom could well be Ibrox bound in January. He said that he's "Improving all the time" and that "Ally has been keeping tabs on him." I asked him straight out for an RM exclusive but all he would say was "Let's see what happens in January" On a personal level I don't see him making the starting 11 at the moment but certainly feel he could be a decent signing in terms of cover for the Right Back position or possibly even Right Mid. So, it's a Yes from me. What's the verdict of of our resident experts?.......... As for the game itself, I thought Edu was far and away our best player tonight, can't remember saying that too often. Well done Rangers.
  16. No doubt the guy's a bit of a cunt but maybe he's finally realised what an arse he's been and is now proving to himself and others just what a good player he can be. Is he any worse than Healy or Beattie?
  17. I see..... This one's gone down like a monkey on a deckchair but he's banging them in for fun right now and I don't think we'd have to break the bank to get him. I think all things considered he's worth a shot.
  18. Really starting to show what a good player he can be. I honestly think he could do a great job for us and is one we should be considering when the January window opens. What do our resident "experts" think?
  19. Pile of nonsense...... Did you know there's a carpet fitter in Australia called Walter Wall? It's true! And there's a flooring specialist in Ireland called Lino Richie.... I like that one. Anyway, I don't think it was either of those that offered you £7K. My offer? £50 the lot.
