  1. If the vaccine provides such great protection, why is it a problem if folk (call them braindead, stupid, selfish) don’t take the vaccine? Surely you’re protected, and it matters not a jot what others do? Forcing vaccines without protection would be criminal you’d think.

  6. "Never fear, inevitably we shall have our years of failure, and when they arrive, we must reveal tolerance and sanity. No matter the days of anxiety that come our way, we shall emerge stronger because of the trials to be overcome. That has been the philosophy of the Rangers since the days of the gallant pioneers." - Bill Struth

  8. my email to the editor... Dear Mr Harding, I have just read an article written by your very own Matt Dickinson regarding sectarianism in Glasgow, and particularly the old firm. The article in question is headed 'An insensitive response to sectarianism.' As someone who, until now, regularly bought The Times as an informative piece of literature, I am disgusted that you can print such a nonsensical article. On a week where the nation is collectively celebrating a royal wedding and general 'Britishness', Union flags are waved and flown with great pride all over the nation, as we enjoy the start of The Great British summer. Yet Mr Dickinson believes that in Glasgow we should not be afforded such a privilege, as this could prove to be 'sectarian'. However the large tricolour with Neil Lennon's face draped over it branding him as a leader, surrounded by scarfs and flags praising him as a 'provo' (Provisional IRA member),gets the following journalistic summary... "The spokesperson could not wait to get off the phone, although, before he did so, he pointed out the Rangers had no intention of complaining about the tricolours flown by Celtic supporters. As if that made everything all right." Just to be pedantic I would like to point out that the article, for all its investigatory genius, is fundamentally flawed as the 'Union Flag' is only referred to as a 'Union Jack' when it is on a ship or other aquatic vessel. I look forward to reading an article about David Cameron's sectarian side, as he has allowed over 40 million people, never mind 40 thousand, to wave their nations flag in the streets this Friday to help boost the nations dwindling morale and celebrate a royal wedding I feel this was a nonsense piece of paper-filler, and as someone that has been brought up in Glasgow a very damaging article. Has Mr Dickinson lost any friends or relatives during old firm violence? Has he even attended more than the one game he mentions in the article? My question to you is why was this article allowed to be publicised? Furthermore, how can you allow someone to wholeheartedly attack one side of the sectarian problem, whilst affording little consideration for any other arguments? This is the sort of journalism that fuels the flames of sectarianism, and further damages my city and my nation. Perhaps I too have been sucked into the evils of sectarianism, but I feel that these sort of articles have the potential to directly affect my life and as such am interested to hear your thoughts on such pieces. As it stands I will not be buying your paper and will strongly encourage my peers to do the same. Regards, james.harding@thetimes.co.uk

Rangers to be investigated for sectarian singing away leg, Your answer: Sing Rangers to be potentially fined and play euro games behind closed doors for sectarian singing home leg, Your answer: Sing Personally I think that the singing shouldn't stop but until the club talk to uefa and come to an agreement, Singing sectarian songs is damaging our club..end of. So have a wee think before you strike up your next wee 'protestand' tune..
